We were having problems with our old boiler so decided to give murphy’s a call (they came highly recommended). They sent out Jacob who was very knowledgeable and after some diagnosis and parts got my system up and running for the time being. I decided for the peace of mind to go with a whole new system. They got me in quickly being it was winter time. Their installers worked all day getting everything done and weren’t in a hurry to run out the door being this was later on a Friday. So far very happy with the professionalism workmanship and punctuality of the Murphy‘s heating team. After having a great experience with Murphy we had them come back out for A/C. Same result excellent work. AJ and Don did a great job with the installation. Looking forward to a cool summer!

When we needed our boiler to be replaced I had researched which replacement unit to choose. I decided on the Energy Kinetics and then asked them to supply a list of companies that they would suggest to do the installation. I requested quotes from four of the companies named. Murphys was one of those. They weren't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive. I checked with people that had experience with the four companies and Murphys definitely had the most satisfied customers. They gave a installation date that they stuck to and completed the work in the time frame that they had stated. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed as well as the quality of all of the materials used. Their staff struck me as very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others based on my experience with their organization.

First and foremost I’d like to acknowledge John and Anthony for doing an amazing job installing a brand new boiler. The attention to detail assembling the pipe, wires, machine, etc is high quality. Ryan Murphy LLC installed my thermopride at my home and the work is incredible even after a few years with no issues! Going forward to sept 2022, my mothers home in Danbury needed a new furnace as the life of the old one was ready to go. The staff at Ryan Murphy LLC provided me two proposals of a high efficient boiler and a lower cost boiler. Going with the better performing boiler the proposal was locked in. John, Anthony and another employee came to Danbury and secured the floor to prevent their foot traffic from making a mess. The installation was clean and perfect. After the completion of the job, the room where the installation occurred looked as no change happen. This is an example of quality work and respecting the work site. Anthony and John did a great presentation explaining what is what on the new boiler. They showed my family all electrical and valves what they do and how to respond to them in case of an emergency. Honestly the work and customer service this company offers is incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a issue with there home heating system. while doing research on replacing my old heat pump I heard more than once that choosing the right contractor is just as important as choosing the right model or brand. Having gone through the whole process I wholeheartedly agree with that statement. Ryan F. murphy did an excellent job from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful with scheduling and with helping me with the heat loan paperwork. The company sent out three techs: Donald, A.J. and Ashton who went out of their way to do a very neat and professional installation. After the installation I had some questions on some rebate forms and got a call back very quickly with some answers. I can't recommend this company enough, a top notch experience.

Everyone at Murphy HVAC was a pleasure to work with. As mentioned in some other reviews, they are extremely good at what they do, and don't bother with lower quality materials. Add in great communication and professional technicians, and you can't go wrong with them - I had a Bosch heat pump installed by them to my existing ductwork.

Their office is extremely helpful with helping through the energizeCT programs, and didn't overstate what the rebates would be, like some other competitors that I got quotes from. On top of that, they supplied the paperwork needed for the mail-in rebate with the sections needing additional information clearly pointed out for me to finish up.

I got 5 quotes for this work, since it was such a large project, and it was a very easy decision to go with Murphy. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used, and I appreciated the complete package from them.

Murphy Heating & Cooling installed a new Bosch heat pump for our upper floor and 3 Daikin mini-splits on a separate condenser for our main and lower floors. We were replacing an aging oil-fired boiler and got several estimates. Murphy was competitively priced, but Jonny's ideas regarding install and placement of equipment, along with his explanations and patience answering questions from my wife and me were absolutely a cut above the rest. Installation was exceptional, with Donald and AJ keeping us apprised of how everything was going and asking for input when needed. They did a professional and exceptionally neat install, and they are very personable and great to work with. Before & after our install, Murphy's home staff answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop. Replacing our oil furnace system and whole house AC with heat pumps was a challenge because half our antique house is ducted forced air and the other half was baseboard radiators. We are so glad to have found Ryan F. Murphy Heating & Cooling, LLC to do the job. By far the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor.

Their proposed plan for the layout of the system to meet the home’s unique configuration made the most sense of any we had received in prior estimates, for a sensible cost. Both making use of the home's existing ductwork and some mini-splits, all cold-climate good quality equipment.
They worked with us to find the best way to meet our financing needs, and facilitated the state’s rebate system, making that whole process easy.
Communications from everyone, including Mr. Ryan Murphy, were timely and thorough. Progress emails actually contained all of the information pertinent to the issue; a rare skill. And when we did have other questions, calls or emails were answered asap and we were never made to feel they didn’t have time for us, making sure we were confident in the answers.

As for the people who came to the house, from the initial site visit for the proposal, to the installers here for a few days, they were amazing. Hard working, efficient, knowledgable about the equipment they were installing, appreciative of the technology, taking pride in doing the best job, and cleaning up after. They were also personable, friendly, funny, kind and patient, happy to answer all our questions and explain how it all worked. Most importantly, they got along well with each other, as a team. There was an obvious aura of mentorship, helping each be their best, from the youngest/newest member to the seasoned veteran. Plus, they spoke highly of the company management!

The results are we have a heating and cooling system that works beautifully, is better for the environment, takes advantage of our solar panel production, and costs less in the long run than the previous system would have. The planning and installation was actually a pleasant experience and we are confident we have HVAC partners going forward that we can count on.

These guys are awesome. They're not the cheapest but great financing thru state rebates and incentives which they handle painlessly. I replaced my old furnace with new Thermo-pride and added Bosch central heat pump. They put in two zone dampers with Wi-Fi connected thermostats. They've also come back several times to help reprogram and tweak everything to achieve the most efficient usage. And at no extra charge. Their workmanship is top quality. They REALLY care about doing a great job and making sure you're happy. For a big system like the one I bought it's a process to get it to the most comfortable and efficient place. And they didn't let me down.

Murphy's is the best. I was a new home owner, and while navigating all the new things that come with it, Murphy's never fails to provide the most excellent service. All their staff is so courteous and professional. They are on top of everything and ALWAYS put the customer first and do everything in their power to give you the best experience ever.
