I am a new home owner. My home was built in 1954. I am not the handiest of people and something is always going wrong. TMS has been a God send. TMS has helped me with all sorts of issues from electrical, hvac, to plumbing. In this day in age, it is hard to not get scammed. this company is very safe, just goes above and beyond. They always follow up and are on time. They respect your home and don't know they are there. They back their work and if something was not finished, they always came back. Everyone i have dealt with is just excellent. Just recently was plumbing and Chris is top tier. Very understanding and concise so there is no grey area. I would give them 10 stars if i could. I will continue to use this company for other issues ahead.
Went out of my way to review this company based on their drivers. I was driving down 84 West during after work rush hour traffic in the left lane, when one of their box truck drivers comes barreling down the center lane, just to narrowly cut me off moving into the left lane. He then proceeded to eventually slow down less than the flow of traffic and move back to the center lane, probably because he was now on the phone without using Bluetooth or a hands free device, as I saw while passing him. And no I'm not overreacting, I have dash cam footage. Do better with your employees, or at least monitor their driving before they cause an accident.
This company is a joke, we paid them almost 11k for new hvac system, they forgot to install slot for filter so I entire system worked without it for couples months, they came they installed but it's not original part, filter itself is a wrong size. Whole system is very loud when it runs whenever its heating or cooling. System broke down few times already during the winter time so temperature in my house dropped to 55 and we have a little baby. They sent new guy to install whole system he didn't know what he was doing, after 3 days of his work nothing really works yet. We told him maybe he should change thermostat but he said thermostat is ok, well it wasn't cause this thermostat was for HEAT PUMP only and we switched to GAS FURNACE, so it took him 2 days to figure this out. They were always late, they left mess, not very nice, terrible terrible service!
Chris was very professional, competent and easy to communicate with. Reviewed my issues, asked great questions, went to investigate and isolated the problem & resolved it! Couldn't ask for more.
Installed new furnace/ac units. The crew was outstanding! Everything went great! Perfect install and very happy with the whole experience! I would recommend using this company for your HVAC needs. Thanks for the great job!
I got my system installed a little over a year ago and I have a preventative maintenance plan. I am glad for it because the technician really pays attention to the details and makes suggestions for the longevity of the system and not to add more profits. I really feel like a valued customer.
We were told the best man in the business was being sent to service our heating/cooling system. After he left, my deceased mom’s jewelry was stolen. Because I didn’t have cameras in my room, the police could not press charges. The company never contacted us and we were not advised to contact the company. We are too afraid to have them come out again even though we paid ahead of time for another maintenance service. Please don’t leave their servicemen unattended.
One of my pipe coupling had cracked and was dripping with condensation and was discovered before the yearly maintenance. When the technician came to do the maintenance he suggested what should be done to remedy the problem. He gave me very informed information and within the next week, he came back with another technician and they worked and fixed the problem They answered any and all my questions so I would understand what went on. They were very caring professional people and I extremely happy with the work done and am appreciative of the company hiring good people.
Called on a Saturday evening as we knew our water heater was on its way out. Spoke to a gentleman named Andre who was able to get us set up for first thing Monday morning to replace our current water heater with a Navien. The entire crew, starting with Katie who called me at 7:30 Monday morning to let me know they would be here around 8:30 to Chris and Paul who did the install were fantastic! Paul even tested our water for us before we left as there was some questionable residue in the old water heater, and he wanted to make sure the water was okay (which it was!). The entire team was professional and meticulous about their work and took pride in installing my new Navien unit!
I highly recommend this company; they truly care about a “job well done”’!
