Air Temp Solutions has been a wonderful company to work with. Not only have they always been very responsive and stand by their work but they also continue to look for ways to improve. Specifically, I am referring to the recent decision to make a monthly plan option for their annual maintenance plan. This makes keeping up on the system maintenance very affordable and ultimately extends the life of the equipment making the quality of life for their customers better overall. Thank you!!!

I have used the company for AC tune-ups and heater tune-ups in the past. Every single technician has been professional, thorough, informative, and overall they have been great. Today I had a repair done on the humidifier on my furnace. Air Temp Solutions kept me informed the whole time they were waiting for the part to come in and schedule the repair. Will was my technician today and I was really happy with the work he did. He explained everything, showed me what he did, and was friendly and got the work done well in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this company and will continue using them in the future!

Update 4/27/2021: Dave was the service technician for my AC maintenance today and the second time he’s been the technician for me. Dave is always very friendly, helpful, and professional and I would recommend him to anyone I know. He made sure I knew what he checked and understood what all of my options are and their respective urgencies. I have had very positive experiences with this company and I highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience using Air Temp Solutions to flush our tankless water heater. The tech was knowledgeable and personable, taking the time to explain everything to us. Will use them again, and would recommend to friends!

Great experience with this company so far. Technician David was great and explained our AC and repair options. Ended up replacing because the unit was 20+ years old. Technician Wick was thorough and explained everything very well. Rachel from sales was wonderful to work with, didn't upsell, and wasn't pushy. Technicians Ralph and Brandon were very diligent and polite. Everyone was courteous and arrived on time with text message alert including technician picture sent ahead of time.

Our tech Dave Blackburn was very professional, friendly, and patient. He diagnosed and fixed our original issue very quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand. He recommended several steps to take to keep our heater running efficiently. As first time home owners I greatly appreciated his service.

Edit: I had a tech come out to tune up our AC unit. Charles Massie was great! He took a look at our ac setup, cleaned out some blockages that was impacting our efficiency, and got us running smoothly. Great service.

Will, the amazing HVAC technician, arrived to diagnose and repair a furnace that was no longer working, but what we received was so much more. Over the course of an hour, he disassembled our system, took photo and videos, diagnosed problems, and provided potential solutions.
He then quickly got on the phone to order the correct parts since the supply warehouse was closing in a matter of minutes and promised he'd return in the morning to complete the repair once he had the parts. He arrived early the next day and did a remarkable job fixing the furnace in only a matter of hours including replacing a heat exchanger and faulty motor part. He was not only incredibly thorough, but also friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He educated us how our system works and why certain repairs were needed. Probably the most incredible part about the whole experience was the price. I had several other companies quote me for the job and Air Temp Solutions was far and away the best. This was our first experience with Air Temp Solution, but from what we witnessed today we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and would highly recommend them. I've even given Will, our technicians information out to other family members and friends because I was so pleased with his work and Air Temp Solutions service.. Great Job!

Dave did an exceptional job. He came in and was able to help us rectify our issue as soon as possible and really made our lives much easier and cooler (All puns intended). We went from cooling above room temperature, To cooling below room temperature (our attitudes to that heat.) Thanks Daddy Dave 😂
