4th of July day Lloyd Staats III was very knowable and went above and beyond Customer Service .. He check even the attic unit to make sure all was ok after he inspected my thermostat that was not working .. Great Job Lloyd 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We were very pleased with hiring horizon services for the installation of a new heating and air-conditioning system, which also included the removal of an oil tank. The technicians were very professional, answered all questions, and were very neat and careful in our home. The overall installation was coordinated and managed efficiently. I’d like to think the whole team for a job. Well done.

My air conditioner exhaust fan had stopped working. I called Horizon around 10pm on July 3rd. I reached a helpful Customer service agent who scheduled me for morning on the 5th. The technician; Anthony arrived well within time range I was given. Anthony was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the issue I had with my AC quickly. Further, he emailed me pics\captures of his progress and readings he had on his equipment My AC is working wonderfully now. I can easily say my experience with Anthony and Horizon Services was excellent.

Would not have purchased the system if Comfort Specialist David Dworsky was not the courteous professional and trustworthy person he presented as! He was very relatable and honest!! Excellent salesman and person to represent your company. The installation crew were at our residence early the NEXT day. They worked there a^%#s off the entire day and early into the evening. Working in a cramped crawl space the entire time, taking out the old and installing the new. They explained to me the entire process and gave me a little tutorial on the T stat. Every one of those guys were great!! Thanks, we are very pleased!!

Alex did a great job. I felt confident that the furnace performance issues he raised were legitimate and he gave great advice on which repairs to make now and which could be postponed. The price for this urgent service call was very reasonable ($300) considering the circumstances and the amount of time that Alex spent working on the system (and installing the new Nest thermostat for me). I highly recommend Horizon and, especially, Alex.

We had an issue with our basement plumbing that resulted in a full main line replacement.

We called Horizon and received an immediate visit from Mike Trinsey who was polite, fair, and super-helpful in showing us what went wrong and what our options were.

On top of it, the team that arrived got the job done quickly with a thorough cleanup like they were never there.

Happy with our decision and will call horizon in the future.

Miguel was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes and promptly fixed it. He shared what he was doing and continued to check the operation once the A/C was working again. Excellent employee and ambassador for Horizon Services!

Austin provided 5 star HVAC service. He was very professional and did an amazing job with explaining to my wife and I the issues. Our HVAC was not working and we had water leaking.
The Issue was condensate pump vinyl tubing. When system was installed by another company the vinyl tubing was not replaced.
Also tubing was cut too short and condensate pump was propped up on paper towels by previous company as a fix.
Once Austin replaced the full vinyl tubing from my pump to sump pump, issues was resolved and the system is operating properly at this time without issue. We cant thank Austin and Horizon for coming to the rescue. Thank you so much!

This was an emergency situation to me, water leaking from ceiling in living room which was caused by valves under bathroom sink that wouldn’t turn off. Plumbing specialist Jacob did thorough check, making sure nothing else was causing this. Jacob arrived in a very timely manner, introduced himself, donned his shoe covers and set to work; he showed and discussed completed work, letting me I would have no future worries re this problem. A true professional with a great attitude. Told him I really appreciated his work!!

Anthony Lawson was phenomenal! Very pleasant, polite and informative! Checked in several times to keep us informed of the process. Showed us pictures of the before and after excellent work he had done! Cleaned up all areas that he worked in! Excellent job and would highly recommend Horizon and Anthony Lawson.
