I called Horizon for emergency Saturday service. They were responsive and someone arrived timely.,the technician Kevin was honest, professional, and knowledgeable.

Scott and Jeff were very quick but thorough in replacing my AC system. They went above and beyond and squeezed into uncomfortable, tight spaces to run a new line set without having to drill holes in my drywall. They also cleaned thorough and didn’t leave so much as a scrap of paper in my house or yard.

Found problem immediately and got it done quickly and efficiently. I hope you get Jaden to do your work. He is nice and helpful.

Horizon is always on time, always fixes the problem that day, and frequently the repairs are under warranty. One of the few companies I've dealt with that has a solid warranty the covers nearly everything. More often than not the visit is free. The techs are always informative, polite and clean. Austin in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick.

The entire crew (Jim, Phil, Austin, Roy, Joey, Carlos, Bill, Chris & Zach) were all very courteous and professional. They answered all my questions & concerns throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to complete the install. I will continually recommend your company to anyone that is looking for a top notch quality company for any HVAC needs. I am not pleased with this company at all! I had a heating and air conditioning system installed a year ago and had problems from the beginning. It started with a component not placed on the ac unit at installation which caused a leak in my basement. They had a technician come out to address the issue after a week. Then the vent pipes on the roof leaked and dripped water inside the unit which caused rust on the panel doors and pipes. I tried contacting them and it took forever for me to get in touch with someone. Poor customer service! When they did finally send someone they came and fixed the issue but was sent with the wrong doors to replace the rusted ones. I only had the unit for a short period of time but look 5 years old now. Absolutely ridiculous will not ever recommend this company to anyone! Beware!
