Pini was quick to answer my call when my AC stopped working last weekend - in the middle of a heat wave. Not only did they come out asap but they checked up on to make sure all was well and even came out on a Sunday when a fuse broke and it had to be replaced. I highly recommend if you want to work with a company that cares about their clients.

Oh Lord, my prayers were answered! For a couple of weeks my AC unit was malfunctioning, and I could not figure out what the problem was, after reading the great reviews I decided to call Lord’s for service. From the start the experience was hassle free, they answered my call right away and gave me an appointment for the same day, at a time that was convenient to me.
When the technician arrived, he began to do a diagnostic on the unit to identify possible problems. He was patient and even took the time to explain to me how the whole thing works.
I could not recommend highly enough these guys, they are serious about what they do but chilled enough to make you feel relax and not anxious about the whole repair process.

I have used Lord’s AC twice now. They are the only company willing to come out on a Saturday or Sunday without a contract or prior relationship. They do great work, are timely, and fair. They have a customer for life.

Would recommend! The AC repair guy came timely and was very courteous. He was able to resolve my AC problem today and I would use their services again.
