    I had the opportunity to work with a couple different technicians. Each of them were professional, and a pleasure to work with. My pool heater was on the fritz and under warranty. Rome Aire came out to first assess the situation decided the entire unit needed to be replaced. Their process of communication is great. They kept me informed of the process via text and email by my choosing. No cost to me and a brand new one was fully installed electrical and all.

    Keystone is just a good job! He did a great job! So kind and professional,
    I’m thankful he has come thur the years and maintained my last unit.. he I had mentioned that my old one could go anytime ..TODAY 11/2/22 This company is So professional, I was having a small issue, and even the manager, Alfredo, and Anton, who did great work in fixing the problem! There are very few companies that treat you as well is this company does. I highly recommend Rome Air for any AC heating and pool heating work that you may ever when I need to have done. They are first class.!

    He hooked up a temporary thermostat and said someone would be contact ASAP to install new Nest thermostat.

    BTW, I paid in full for service and Nest thermostat.

    Have yet to hear from company since tech was here Sunday and it is now Thursday!

    Richard came out to inspect our jacuzzi heater which stopped working. He was thorough and showed me everything he observed. While he was here, he went ahead and conducted our annual preventative maintenance service, which actually was not scheduled until next month but I appreciated him saving us the trip charge on that.
