The technician that serviced our HVAC system was most professional. He was pleasant, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and the condition of our equipment.

Total Air is the real deal. Timely, professional, and cost minded, they guide you through the process of achieving your desired conditioning result and make it happen. Our house has never felt so good. We’re working on another unit with them now. Never knew our home’s air could feel like this!!

Couldn’t be more happy with our decision to use Total Air! Our technician Jeff took his time and looked over our whole system too to bottom, inside and out. He was determined to get our system running perfect, and now it is. Glad to signed on with them and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Virginia was awesome. She was on time and extremely helpful. She changed our filters and checked the unit. I’m not to knowledgeable in the ac department my husband usually deals with it but she explained everything and made it easy to understand. This was my first experience with the company and I was extremely pleased.

I tried Total Air for the fist time and was very pleased! Somert the technician was so polite and respectful of my home. He was not only on time he was 5 min early and called to say he was minutes away when on route. I will definitely recommend Total Air to my clients and friends!

Had kyle mcclenithan come by to clear a blockage with my Ac. He did a great job and was quick and friendly. Would definitely use total air again!

Flawed installation of a 4 Ton carrier Air Condition at $8k. Discovered after six months when another Air Condition company performed its maintenance that the system was installed with no Filter rack and Filter. Total Air Solutions claimed to BBB that the system has no filter.Totally unheard of! This is despite the fact that the Salesman Al Benincasa asked during the installation if we prefer to have the filter installed at the return or in the main unit? We told him to install it in the main unit. They ended up not installing it at all! Total Air Solutions doesn't accept responsibility. It will cost me $800 to install a filter.

Sunday night our air went out. Called TAS Monday and they had someone out before the end of the day. Al. Said that it could be fixed but that the unit was already 14 years old and more issues could arise. We decided to change out the whole system. Installers were back on Thursday and completed the job the same day. We also had a UV light installed with the system.

Excellent all around including $$$$
