I called this morning at 8AM, and Avis dispatched Joe to my house before 10AM. He found the issue and had the A/C up and running before lunchtime. Avis is definitely my first call for Plumbing and A/C work! Thanks for such a fast turn-around!!

Joe was very prompt in repairing a leak from an upper units shower into our garage. Joe is very personable. We enjoyed having him take care of our problem.

Noah came quickly and replaced a faulty float valve on our toilet. Fast, friendly, professional service…five stars all around. Highly recommended.

I have used Avis for a few issues I've had since buying this house last year. All of the techs have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. During my latest issue Joe Jasilewicz was very helpful and was very honest and worked with me to make sure they were charging me a fair price. I have had three different service calls at this point and would highly recommend them.

Matt Wilkinson from Avis completed a hurricane damage evaluation for our FMB townhouse. Matt arrived on time, reviewed the job in advance, completed the job professionally, and recommended fixes not previously discovered. This company is excellent.

Mike was so professional, he came in on time and with a smile. That is so hard to find when you need a serviceman at a very low point. He went right to the sink and immediately started. Avis Plumbing and Air Conditioning came out and diagnosed our air conditioning within 24 hours of us calling. They were honest and professional. We decided to hold off on repairs based on their recommendation! Honesty is the best policy!
