Carr Air Conditioning & Heating

I had a thermostat issue and limited time to get it fixed. I called Carr and they were able to send Chris out in a timely manner. A small issue turned out to be a little bigger than originally thought but saved us money and time in the long run. Chris was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand. He was great, fixed the problem, and I will continue to use them again in the future!

Carr is a fantastic company. All the employees care about the job they do and are kind and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed! I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Carr replaced our entire Ac/heat central system. They were honest and the prices were very fair. The crew was hard working and friendly. The crew kept us informed as they went forward with the installation. The crew cleaned up as they went along and asked if we were happy with their work. Their worked passed city inspection the first time and the inspector was very complimentary of their work. We would recommend Carr to anyone needing Ac/heat service or installation. Chris from Carr A/C came out to look at my system. He was very thorough, informative and kept the area clean. He offered great advice on how to keep the unit running properly. I will only use Carr for our A/C needs. Great work!

Chris the service technician was great and no nonsense. He found the problem, repaired it and hopefully will have my 10yr old AC last a few more years! This is a review for Carr Air Conditioning & Heating. This is our second experience with having Carr Air Conditioning & Heating service our HVAC system.

During April 2023, we had a plugged drain line associated with the condensate drain and the AC was turning off. Chris from Carr AC & Heating arrived early in the morning after we had sent a note the day before that we were having AC issues. Chris did a thorough review and installed a ¾ ball valve on the drain which caused the AC to work.

The next day an additional blockage in the drain occurred that needed attention. Chris came to check out the situation. Chris investigated and discovered that the condensate drain pipe had been buried outside, and that the condensate liquid was not able to adequately drain from the pipe. We got a shovel and dug the pipe out as it was buried 4 inches deep in the ground.

Chris did a great job of uncovering the problem with the condensate drain blockage, determining that the condensate drain was not draining properly and completely. (This was not an easy root cause to determine.)

After much vacuuming, Chris finally figured out that the drain was blocked outside of our building. After searching, he discovered that the condensate drain pipe outside our building had been buried under four inches of soil. Chris dug out the pipe and when put on the AC, it worked.

Thank you Chris and Carr AC & Heating for your perseverance as this issue was not an easy one to diagnose and resolve. We appreciate how helpful Chris was and how accommodating he was in helping us solve our HVAC issue.

My A/C blower was not working properly. They were able to come out the same day to repair it. Chris looked at the system and found the problem very fast. He just charge me for a service call as it was a quick and easy fix. So happy for an honest serviceman. I will definitely use Carr Air again .

I am submitting this on my parents behalf. They recently had an Air Conditioning unit installed. Everything was excellent and the unit passed inspection with flying colors.
