Carr Air Conditioning & Heating

Have used Carr AC on our last 4 properties and they are the best. Professional and honest. Chris one of the Techs came out yesterday, on time, and thoroughly went thru our 38 year old Rudd Heat pump in one of our rentals. He found everything to be in excellent shape, any other Company would have told us it needed to be replaced. Have always found them to be very honest.

Same day service, without even asking for it!! Chris was my tech that came out and he was absolutely amazing. The quality of work was awesome. The timing of the work done was super fast. Chris taught me how to take care of my HVAC (first time homeowner here) and showed me the different parts of the system. He showed me the ins and out and answered all of my questions. 10 out of 10 and I cannot thank them enough!!

Chris came out and was not only thorough, but let me watch and as he worked he walked me through the process and taught me what he did as he was doing it. I told him my wife and I are expecting to replace our 17 year old unit in the coming year and he gave us the tips and knowledge to keep our ac going until we are ready to replace fully. Do yourself a favor and call Carr, my family has been using them for 3 generations now.

Chris came out for the first time for yearly maintenance on my AC unit. The last company who came out damaged my home, so we were a bit nervous about having this service done.

Chris was very professional and kind, and a great representative for the company. He was thorough and provided education on maintaining the unit. I am very glad to have found this company and will continue to use them.

Thank to Kevin and his team at Carr this company are fantastic!!!! I live in Indiana and bought my home in Palm Harbor Fl. I had about 7 companies to come out to look at the HVAC in my home because it was about 12 years old. I wanted to get a quote to replace the in door unit and out door unit, every company tried to sell me what my home had and the prices where over $25,000.00. Kevin at Carr air came in and told me the unit my home has currently is way to small and it will run all the time, he said that I should check the last 6 months electric bill from the previous owners, Kevin said I bet you they are $500.00 to $600.00 a month because everything is not the correct size!! He was correct!!!! So he said I'm not trying to sell you anything that your unit is a good old unit and will need serviced every year and cool your place just fine but, your electric bill will be high. I want you to Know not one of the other HVAC companies ever told me that!!!! So I did my research!!!! I went with Carr air for a complete new In door unit and out door unit and complete all new ducted work in the attic to make everything brand new and the correct size!!!! Carr air didn't take a dime until the job was completed and it passed inspection and I was happy!!! With the new unit I got a 10 year warranty that I know is worth a lot in Florida because the air runs all the time!!! Carr air was on time done what they said they where going to do by mouth and on my contract, best of all they cleaned up and dusted everything and was in and out in 2 1/2 days!!!! My home is almost 4,000 sq. not a small home!!! This company is on point. Now my family and I can have a great peace of mind the Carr air will take care of my family if anything goes wrong and has cool air and cheaper electric bills already that I seen!!!! Great service! Chris was able to come out the same day I called and did the neccessary work very quickly. We were worried that the whole system would need replacing, but he assured us that it had plenty of life and just needed some maintenance. He also helped educate us on things we can do to help maintain the equipment without having to call them. We highly recommend!

As always, Carr provided excellent on time, professional service. Chris was excellent at showing me a couple quick tips on preventative maintenance, as well. Can’t recommend Carr highly enough. We’d never use anyone else.

I have been using car air conditioning for the past 5 years. About 3 years ago Kevin bought CARR air conditioning. I was concerned about this transition as I had superior service before. But as time as moved on and I've had several of their employees at my place to service in my air conditioner the latest being someone named Chris Wolf,. Before that I believe it was Juan. CARR air conditioning,is not the cheapest air conditioning company to service your air conditioner however they are not trying to sell you a brand new unit. They are QUALITY

Who really thinks a company can service and air conditioner annually for $29.95 and pay for the insurance on the vehicle the employee's time 2 hours drive and service time and make a profit. That's just not true. Bares repeating NOT TRUE

So I went for quality and CARR AIR is quality..... it does not cost an arm and a leg it may be 5 -10% more. But quality and knowledge the of their service technicians and products and indeed management Itself, Are outstanding. So happy I found them when i moved to Florida
