My only suggestion would be that you call the customer when you complete the job you went to and are now coming to them. A small but welcome courtesy.

Garrett was very polite and professional when he showed up to my house on time, and he even called to let me know he was on his way which was great. He got the job done quickly and even fixed a previous companies mistake while he was there. Great experience I will definitely use them again!

They called with a discount offer for a routine ac check up. The tech was very thorough. Would recommend and will use this company in the future

Calls every other day even though I asked them to take me off they're calling list that I was not interested after I read these comments. I am on the do not call list so I will document and seek council.

Recieved an unsolicited call from this company last week offering maintanence tune up/check up on my air conditioning unit for 39.99 special included one pound of free freon per unit. One of my units was found to be low on freon but the service man said it was against the law to put freon in a leaking system because all its going to do is leak out and pollute the enviroment even more. Most people dont realize that AC units are closed sealed systems when it comes to the freon so they should never ever lose freon.. This company is misleading everyone with there offer of a free pound of freon to everyone if there ac unit is low because they wont put freon into a leaking system. No one is going to get a free pound of anything from this company. This service call was all about trying to find something wrong with one of my units so they could sell me a new one. My technician gave me the most insane quote on a Amana ASZ16- 2.5 ton (drum roll please!!!!!) installed down the road price of a whopping $10,894.00... Online you can actually find out the cost of these units through the manufacturer web sites. this unit with the air compressor and air handeler cost about $4400.00 , this means there charging me $6500.00 for installation. This insane it doesnt take days to install these things it takes maybe 3 to 4 hours top... So lets say it takes 5 hours from start to finish including driving to get the unit bringing it to the my house..... That means there charging me $1300..00 an hour if it takes 5 hours. I believe if they were charging $2000.00 for installation would be a fair #. what do you think? Avoid this company like the plague

Our technician, Pete was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed our issue and provided our options. We have used Graham Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and they have always been great to deal with.

Tony was very professional and informative. He took me on the roof and showed me where I could have future issues. He also spent time Explaining how the UV light works and exactly how it functions.
