We have call Rafael a couple of years ago for our old ac and he fixed the problem but did say we needed a new ac. He gave us a good price for a new but also started calling for other estimates. My husband decided to go with the guy who installed our old one. Long story short, we started having issues and we decided to call Rafael because we were very impressed the last time. He was prompt and honest and fixed the problem. If you are looking for an ac guy, He’s the one. Good work, very professional and an honest guy. Something you don’t get these days.

Rafael fixed my AC with a new air handler blower motor and a new capacitor near the exterior condenser. Prompt, courteous, and very fair with pricing, he is the best home AC service I have come across. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. When he says he will show up, he shows up. He has years of experience and really knows his stuff. Will definitely use this company again for all my AC needs!

Rafael is wonderful! He came to my home after work on the very day I phoned to give me an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what he would do to clean and sanitize all of the ducts. He arrived on the appointed day at the exact appointed time. Rafael is super courteous and respectful. He covered every inch with tarps and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I recommend Stream Cold Air wholeheartedly.

This Sunday morning I woke up without air-conditioning I called Rafael’s number and he said he would be here in 30 minutes which blew my mind because it’s Sunday and everybody is at home relaxing but he’s working.
He arrived on time , very professional and explain to me what was the issue and took care of it. I would recommend everyone to use him you will be very very happy with the service!!

Our 10 year old Rheem AC stopped cooling overnight. We woke up to the heat on a Saturday morning before 9am. We called Stream and they were able to repair the condenser (the outside portion of the AC) by replacing the fan motor that afternoon. The technician was polite and professional.

Mr. Silva provided a 100% professional service and I (and my AC) are better for it. He arrived just before the agreed appointment time. Mr. Silva was very conscientious in helping to keep my house clean; removed his shoes at the door and was very careful in the hallways and utility closet. He had the right tools and parts and due to his expertise, the work was accomplished in very little time. His prices were very fair and I am a very satisfied customer. I would certainly call him again and recommend his service highly.
