Dominic was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to resolve a problem that others in four other appointments could not. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain my AC unit to avoid the problem in the future. I am a nurse not an AC technician and he was able to explain what the problem was and how to avoid any problems in the future and did so in layman's terms. He was also able to suggest other maintenance I can perform simply and easily to avoid other problems that can arise. Thank you, Dominic and United.

Dominic did a great job on our A/C system maintenance today. He was very helpful, and he gave suggestions on how we can keep our system working in tip top shape. I have been a customer of this company for several years and am on a service contract, which I highly recommend. Every six months they check the system to be sure that everything is functioning properly, and if there are any concerns they fully explain what the concern is, what the cost would be, and for most issues their van is carrying all needed parts. They proactively call every six months to schedule their review, which I like. I highly recommend United A/C.

After moving into our townhouse, our A/C broke. Not knowing where to begin, a friend from NJ recommended United for our repair. Well, a repair turned into a new installation. It couldn’t have gone better. Hard working techs and responsive service. They didn’t leave until everything was perfect. We also had them clean our ducts which was never done. The before and after pictures were amazing. We don’t see the amount of dust we had seen before. Pasquale now comes out and services the unit to keep our investment in top shape. He’s a pleasure to see! Like another reviewer said, don’t waste your time, call United.

Called United this morning and received great customer service and a time frame for service. Domenic was here on time and he was super professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was required and diligently worked on the issue until complete. Dom G. Explained exactly how to correctly work the air conditioner control panel for optimal efficiency. He also explained how the unit actually works and what to look for as it restores itself, I like that attention to detail and information as a customer. Great service!
My AC went out suddenly, but I called United AC the answer fast, very professional, gave a quick quote and had a new AC within 2 days or reporting the issue.
Installation took about 3-4 and the techs that came in were very nice and polite.
All my maintenance calls will to them for sure. 😁

New customer that hates plans and contracts.
Ok what started as our annual tune up for an online advertised $59.99 turned into a repair. It was determined our 9 year old unit was exhausting cold air not hot. So Dominic and Jon added Freon -fixed burnt wires issue -and were here about 3 hours. We paid him 89 for tune up but not clear if coils got cleaned or if pipes were blown out. In total it came to 800. Ouch. Later in evening, although we were comfortable, it seemed like the unit would not cycle off. And the thermostat was constant temp of 77. Outside exhaust was still cold also.
We decided to send an email.
This morning house still comfortable. Still exhausting cold air outside. We changed thermostat battery and shut off AC at breaker for 30 seconds. After about an hour we noticed warmer air is now exhausting so we are hopeful all is ok.
