Been using United AC for 6 years for install and maintenance. Pete is the best! So accommodating and always go above and beyond to help us. Super honest knowledgeable!

United did an outstanding job on a full service home AC tune up and duct cleaning. I had them install a UV light as well. They were on time and very professional. All three of the techs (Andrew, Carlos and Patrick) were knowledgeable and professional.

Let's start with the office staff! After calling Nicki and Gina they were so helpful. They booked the appointment on the same day and they sent out Scott that gave the best price out 4 other companies we saved over $1,000.00. Scott was professional and really made us feel like he cared about providing the service we needed. Next came the two installers with just 24 hours notice they were on time and also very professional. Robbie and Bill did a great job and explained everything they were doing. The job started at 9:30 am and they stayed until 5:00 to make sure the install was perfect. Great product, great price, great service..thank you all for making this a worry free experience.

Excellent experience with United A/C & Refrigeration. These guys are fantastic. I called at 5:30PM for help repairing my leaking A/C and they were at my house in less than an hour to help out.
The technician that came to my home was Robbie, and he's they type of guy that you're happy to see show up to service your home. He was very respectful, and a diligent worker. He took the time to explain, and really cover foundations for what needs to be done and what to look out for in the future.
Very impressed with the quality of service and my A/C is running like a charm. Highly recommend this company.

Dominic & Assistant were great and worked fast with the repair.

Robbie and Deshawn were the amazing techs that came out to service and clean our air vents.
They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, wearing masks and such.
They did an excellent and speedy job with the many air ducts in our new house and I would be happy if I knew this review helped someone in any way.

I just had a service call which needed parts replacement done today. Tyrone was the service person. He is so fabulous. Not only does he apparently appear to be a great technician but he was so reassuring it was really comforting. Also, he was fastidious about making sure everything was neat, tidy and clean and that I was totally satisfied with the service. He double checked on the unit before he left. I felt the service was very professional and very personal. It was a joy to have his positive outlook on life in my home!

Living in FL especially in July and having your AC not work is always chaotic and then having to find an actual reliable person to do the job right - well this customer right here is sold. Made a quick call to United AC and not only were they able to see us the same day but came earlier then expected over July 4th weekend🤩 Pete was extremely nice and finally have found a company that cares. United always takes care of my company A/C, so I gave them a call. Glen came to my home to see what I needed done. I bounced some ideas off him for things I was thinking about doing in the future. He was very patient and explained the pros and cons for each of my plans, where I also found out they do insulation as well. Kurtis and Deshawn replaced the attic insulation, air handler and A/C unit all in one day. They answered all my questions and provided exceptional customer service. They cleaned up behind themselves. You couldn't even tell they were there. I was very happy with the price. Maggie kept me updated and communicated on a regular basis. Thanks so much. It was a pleasure.

After getting no response from my own a/c company, I called United A/C and Pete came out within an hour!. I needed a completely new unit and Tony did a fabulous installation job! It was not an easy install situation but he made all the right decisions. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up everything. The best!
