Not many companies give back to their communities anymore.This company is definitely a stand out in their business! They are honest, professional, and very thorough! I recommend them highly!! We had a fantastic experience with Air Pros. Hector Mejia did the estimate and oversaw the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented. The installers were also very professional and did an amazing job. Disney was the on-site supervisor and he and his entire team went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Air Pros!
Scheduled a 1-3 pm maintenance time, they showed up about 1:30, appreciate that they came out at the beginning of the window of time. The problem with ac was discovered within about 30 minutes and was fully fixed in one visit within about 2 and a half hours. They even gave me a bit of a discount on using their services, which is always a good thing for customer retention. Quick and professional is a good thing to say about an AC company when you live in the scorching sunshine state.

Luis did an excellent job during the presentation. After we had small communication issue. He was supposed to email me copy of the contract for my review and I had to call him to get it. Received it 4 days later. He neglected to mention that I had 3 days to cancel the contract. This was a concern to me. Not been familiar with the company and all the air conditioner installation scam going on it made me nervous. I did not canceled. The technician did a great job. My complaint is with the communication and follow up. Example, heater assembly was on back order, called spoke with a person that took a message and passed it on to someone. Received a call ( area code not local) explained the problem. Was going to check and get back to me, Two days later I had to call back for an update. I had to keep calling back to get an update. Big issue still not resolved. Installation was done November 9th, county word permit was not applied for. I called to inquire, same issue called, left message, received call back (non local are code) two days later I called, made numerous calls spoke with different people who was checking on it with no adequate answer. Recommended that there should be one person assigned to handle issues. I now have one contact person. On December 1st a permit application was submitted it is now awaiting payment of fees. I have made many inquiries on when are the fees going to be paid so we can get the permit and schedule the final inspection. As of 12/22/22 the response I received was that I be updated soon. Soon? It’s been 22days since the application was submitted. Again: installation and stalkers , Excellent job, Luis presentation, Excellent, Follow up communication, needs improvement.
VERY STRESSFUL AND DISAPPOINTING First thing they wanted to sell me a year membership for 200 bucks right off the bat before the guy even told me what was needed and how much it would cost. Then he said it was 120 for just coming out- so already before I even knew what was wrong or how much the actual AC fix would cost he already is charging over 300 dollars- then when I asked if what he recommended (another 300 dollar service) would actually fix the problem he didn't know so then I might have paid even more. This is just price gouging and leaving the price open ended with no resolution. I would not recommend
It took multiple phone calls to get a response from someone in their billing department. Every time I called I was told no one there could assist, that the billing department would have to call me back. I started calling in December and didn't get a response until 01/25 on trying to cancel my maintenance service. When I did get a call back, they told me they couldn't refund the last charge, that I'd get a "free" service call at some point in the future, which was a moot point. I already had the charge reversed with my bank because I couldn't get a call back. I hate making complaints, the service tech who came out was very nice, all the people who answered the phone were very apologetic, but it shouldn't take a month to cancel a service.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. After I called for service a Tech came on a Friday. Tells me there's a leak in the HVAC system. Tells me he's going to add a leak sealant & charge the system with freon. I paid $1,074. Tells me a supervisor will stop by on Monday to check that everything is fine & that he'll bring a blue light to make sure there's no leak. I was wondering why this guy doesn't have a blue light. Monday the supervisor shows up & tells me the HVAC has a big leak & that it's going to cost me almost $2,000 more because the evap coil needs to be replaced but because I signed up for the maintenance plan I get a discount plus another discount for being a veteran my cost will be $1,700. He never told me that the evap coil was still under warranty. Afterwards I make some phone calls & find out from the company that originally did the install that the evap coil is still under warranty & they would charge me labor only of $1,000. I call the Air Pros supervisor back & tell him that the part is still under warranty. I ask him how much for labor? He tells me he knows the part is still under warranty & the $1,700 is for labor. I'm left with a few questions such as "What the hell did I pay $1,074 for only 2 days before??" I called 4 days ago to ask for that invoice because I hadn't even been given that & also complained about my experience. I was assured my complaint was going to be elevated to management & someone would call me to try to make things right. NO ONE HAS CALLED. So now I'll complain on Google, Facebook, Twitter & to the BBB.
William was the technician that came out to do a routine maintenance check on the AC / Heating system that was installed by this company about 6 months ago. This young man was very professional, he was on time and he took his time to do the job properly. We're very happy with this company and will continue to utilize them for any future needs.
I requested an estimate on a repair or replacement if needed. From the very first contact with Air Pro the representatives were friendly and went above and beyond in communicating with me on the process. Highly recommend!!
