My tech Luis was extremely nice and very helpful. They came out the same day to replace my AC and all the ductwork in my house. The install guys were very pleasant and very helpful.

Tech arrived to do biannual maintenance. He was doing the maintenance for about 2 hours the tech advised our air-conditioner was in good condition. The equipment was installed by Air Pros and is 18 months old. After the tech departed I went out to my garage to put away the ladder I set up for the tech to service the air handler in the space above my garage. I noticed a brown wet spot on my ceiling it was about 4 inches across. I immediately called Air Pros at about 4:40 then again at 5:25 I was advised that a Technician would arrive before 8:00 pm today. The technician was a no show. We called the answering service the woman was rude and acted as if she was too busy to talk to me. She said no technician was ever assigned the go back to our house and we would have to wait til the morning. Meanwhile a second much larger wet spot about 30 inches by 16 inches appeared and was dripping the chemical the tech poured in the drain to clean it out. The was pudding on the floor. The next morning an Air Pros Technician arrived at about 10:00 am he said it appeared the the technician that poured the toxic chemicals in the drain (his words not mine) used way too much and the insulation that was installed around the drain line was insufficient (too thin and not long enough). As far as the damage to the ceiling he advised that he was instructed to wipe it off and paint over it. I advised the tech that the wet sheet rock should be removed and replaced. I was told a supervisor would be in contact with me later in the day to schedule further repairs. No such call was received by us and we are still waiting for a call or visit.

We have had more than our fair share of AC problems, and have dealt with a local sketchy company. When that company went under, Air Pros took over our service contract and our warranties, and we couldn't be happier. They have been extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and fair. They have taken care of a number of problems that they inherited from the prior company, and have helped us resolve them as completely and affordably as possible. I would highly recommend this company if you have AC needs! National reputation with a local feel. Also, Chris S. was great!

Danielle has been amazing and informative with wonderful suggestions on improving our system. We love this company and your technicians!

Leo spent considerable time deep cleaning and making necessary adjustments. Actually called and asked if he could come early which was much appreciated. I called Air Pros and they were able to coordinate efforts with a friend as I was out of town when work had to be done. I am very pleased with their service.

Duke and Brook measured all duct work before beginning replacement. Corrected deficiencies. Difficult conditions after Ian but they soldiered through and got it done. Good job guys!.

Hector from Air Pros was professional, polite, caring & knowledgeable. He is the supervisor sent to diagnose any leaks after Frank came last week & was thorough & diligent about finding why AC didn’t work.

Luis has shown great workmanship as a tech and has bent backwards to help my situation he was pleasant and kind he spent a lot of time making sure things are in running order we need more techs like him out in the field.
