I am extremely satisfied with the services I recieved from Certified Heating and Cooling. We purchased a new A/C Unit and all new Duct work. Lee Dutton was our service advisor and he was very knowledgeble and helpful, he helped us pick the right system for our home and he followed up with us throught-out the whole process. Our installers Kevin and Andy were so pleasant and efficient; they did such nice work. I do'nt think I could've made a better choice!

Jacob was very helpful during our last visit. He was able to check out the AC and give suggestions on how to fix the issues we have. After shopping around for quotes, Certified had the best options and what seemed to be the most honest opinion. If you’re looking for someone to come and give you great advice, definitely call Certified.

Another great experience with Certified Heating and Cooling! Today our technician Brandon N. came out quickly to install a new thermostat. He was friendly, transparent with what needed to be done along with the cost, and he was efficient!

Recently, Certified Heating and cooling replaced our system and our ductwork. We really appreciated the picture and information sent to us before our technician arrived. Davidson and Hector are very professional and worked well together! It was really nice of them to bring portable a/c units to keep our house comfortable while work was being done. We’re very happy with the great job they did and it was done in a timely manner. It’s the only company we’ll use!

We have used Certified Heating and Cooling numerous times in the past. All of the service individuals that have come out have been good. Brandon who came out today and performed maintenance work did a great job. Very clear in explaining everything.

This was our first scheduled AC maintenance. They sent us an email and text as a reminder a few days before. The day of the service they sent a text with a picture of our service technician with a little background and his hobbies.
He was clean, polite, punctual and explained everything he was doing. He put on booties when he came in from outside. Gave me a verbal report on the overall condition of the system.
Just really pleased with the service from Certified.

I signed up for the bi-annual residential HVAC maintenance, and the first service was last week. Before our appointment, we received an email with a photo of our assigned technician along with some facts about him, which I really liked! Our assigned technician was Jacob, and we were incredibly happy with his professionalism, communication, and kindness. We weren't home during the service, so he kept in touch via text and phone call when necessary. After inspection, he suggested the installation of a UV bulb which we moved forward with. He completed the installation and sent photos along the way. We are extremely happy with this trustworthy company and their customer service. :)

Tony was outstanding. Very professional and his experience in troubleshooting saved me a lot of money. His crew did a fantastic job and I would recommend anyone who wants the job done right. Pam, who coordinated the schedule, was professional and very nice to talk to. Thanks Tony for a great job.

I have been dealing with Certified for more than 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. The technicians are always very nice, professional and knowledgeable. If they aren't sure about something in our very complex unit, they call for advice and always get it fixed. I have dealt with a number of other HVAC companies during my 37 years of homeownership, but none as good as Certified.

I like Jacob, he’s very kind and respectful, he always puts things back where they belong and in the two visits I’ve had from him he’s done everything he could do for me. I’ve had alot of issues with my ac cooling the house ever since Conditioned Air installed it. For now I’m pleased with Certified heating and cooling.
