Brandon of Certified Heating and Cooling did a great job servicing my AC system and answering the questions I had. He was professional, on time and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him for my next service call.

For some reason the company we had maintenance with couldn't give us an appointment till middle of February '23, so looking for other company found Certified and took a gamble, they gave us an appointment same day. Can you believe that. Jennifer said Brandon the technician will be there and solve an issue we had with the system. Brandon, very knowledgeable, solved the problem. We have now a new maintenance company. Thanks Certified staff.

Service was on time, efficient and very thorough. We were sent pictures ensuring our entire service was legit. Also, Jason was excellent and I appreciated his professional attitude. His recommendations came across as knowledgeable without being pushy. That quality alone is very much appreciated.

System was not cooling properly, our tech, Brandon, came only a few hours after we made the appointment, swiftly identified and explained the issue and repaired it. House nice and cool within the hour! Thank you,

Jason came out and inly after a few minutes had a good idea of what it was. Tested his theory at the handler and said he said he was right and showed me and he was able to correct my issue and have the heat on! Thanks Jason!!

After hurricane Ian devastated our community, I called the office yesterday Sunday, and was amazed that Lisa answered the phone and was so kind, understanding and responsive. She had someone out that evening to do an assessment, unbelievable service and response.

The next day, today, Monday October 3, Lee one of the service supervisors called me first thing this morning to see how I was doing, and he and one of his colleagues came out and diagnosed the issue.

Later this afternoon, Sean, who was amazing, came out and resolved the issue.

Tommy, you should be very proud of your team, as they really went above and beyond in responding to your customers, and personally, as one who had just lost two cars and a golf cart during the storm, provided a small win!

You guys are the best and I cannot thank you enough.

This is an awesome air conditioning company with truly professional employees. We’ve lived in Fort Myers for 25 years and have dealt with several AC companies and this is by far the best! Jacob was our technician for the last two services and does a great job. He is always on time and a true professional! I highly recommend Certified Heating and Cooling as well as Jacob for preventative maintenance !

Steve and Ron were excellent. Steve performed the scheduled service without a hitch. Ron worked with the generrac supercenter service man to solve an issue with AC system surge ; which was killing the generator. He immediately resolved the issue by advising the need for a ‘quick start ‘ on the compressor. He installed ,tested and demonstrated that this did resolved the issue .
Certified Air has an Excellent service team .

Frank did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased
