Was in a major jam with HVAC issues the day before having to leave town. Company we had a contract with would not respond. Called Optimum and they listened and responded. It is always unfortunate when your A/C goes out. Optimum Air is prompt, professional, and HONEST! Every interaction I have had with this company, from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to my house, has been positive! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I originally called Optimum Air for a regular routine maintenance on our AC unit. When performing the cleaning they checked the whole system and noticed that there was black mold. They provided me with different options but we decided to move forward with installing a new AC unit because the life expectancy of the current one was almost done. Patrick has been the one working with me and always responsive ( I have a lot of questions...Thank you for educating me). The new AC unit looks spectacular. Erik and Andy were very informative while installing the new AC unit and even cleaned up after themselves. Honestly, it's amazing quality work. I would 100% recommend them to any friends or neighbors.

Pat was honest, helpful and very informative. He answered all of my questions. Originally he came to start a contract for routine maintenance, however found some issues that needed immediate attention. He was able to ensure that I was given the proper information, showed me the issues and gave me the options I had to fix the issues without pressure. Highly recommend!!

All parties were prompt and on time. They made great use of their time. Andy, Sammy, and Patrick. The install was fast professional and courteous. They cleaned up well after themselves and my home is as cool as its ever been.

Had a capacitor go dead causing my unit to shut off. I knew I had to call Optimum Air after receiving exceptional regular maintenance service from Sam a couple months ago. This time Patrick came and also provided a perfect customer service experience. Pat was able to show up early the next morning after my call (super thankful because my house was very hot with no AC), and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem while also providing knowledge to me along the way. Highly recommend Optimum Air!

Optima arrived promptly on time as scheduled.The two engineers named Sam and Andy performed excellent service in replacing my whole air conditioning system both internal and external with a UV light, along with a brand new wi-fi controlled thermal stat, something for which I am very pleased with. The whole job was carried out very professionally, competently. I found Sam and Andy very responsible to my inquires and they left my house in a very good condition, I was very pleased with their quality of workman ship that they provided in my house. I have no hesitation to recommend Optima represented by the likes of Patrick,Sam and Andy.

I just had a brand new Air conditioning units installed which was really well done but we discovered the outside unit was very un usually loud after my initial contact with office the owner himself took on the case after initial attempt on repair he agreed that it should be replaced and thankfully today they completed the work. So far excellent work.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! After hurricane Ian, our two-year-old AC unit was affected and ultimately went out on us after the hurricane. We called our previous AC company to come out, and they diagnosed the problem, said they needed to order a part, and then left us in our hot box of a house with no follow-up, ETA on the part, or temporary fix for OVER A MONTH, as they said they were waiting for a back-ordered part to arrive.

Desperate for a solution, we called for a second opinion and luckily found Optimum air. The next day Pat arrived at our home and fixed our AC the same day!! Pat was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as he explained everything to us. My only regret is not calling you guys sooner!

We are now loyal customers of Optimum Air and will be recommending you to everyone we know. Thanks again for everything, guys!!!
