The best team since peanut butter meets jelly!! First and most important, they put the customer first! They're there to help you, not scare you. Extremely knowledgable. And not to mention, easy on the eyes! ;) In all honesty, Optimum Air is hands down the best in SWFL. They truly willing to go the extra mile, even after working in the heat allllll day! Honesty, quality, top notch service. What more could you ask for!

This visit was a service call to determine why I have a couple of supply vents producing condensation. Chandler braved my hot attic to find out I have insulation issues, but nothing wrong with the actual system. He was fast, friendly, professional and very helpful, as usual.

After an emergency repair on a Saturday evening, we were so impressed by how quickly and efficiently Chandler responded to our situation, that we signed up for a yearly service contract with Optimum Air.
A few weeks later we called to have our system checked. Pat, the technician, came the next day and quickly discovered that we had a serious issue with our seven-year-old system. We weren't surprised because we had never been satisfied by the way it ran or cooled. Pat explained our options and we decided to have a new system installed.
The next day, Chandler and Dustin arrived and installed the new system. The work was done with care and efficiency. Chandler was more than happy to answer our questions during the installation process and explained how everything worked before they left.
We are very happy with our new system, as well as our decision to use Optimum Air. A+

I love this company - excellent service, pleasant and hardworking respectful people with really fair pricing. I LOVE the Remi Halo for mold they recommend and it made a huge difference to my husband who was getting daily headaches in the FL climate. Chandler and his team did amazing. Kevin came to my house to give a quote shortly after calling. He was very polite and professional. He was super nice to our special needs son as well and, when he came back the next day he made sure to say hi to him. Jordan and Austin installed our new ducts, return vent, and unit and did an amazing job. After being at our home for a full day of work, they didn’t hesitate to stay and make sure we were happy with our new AC. Chandler was very patient with us explaining every thing and answering all of our questions. Lavonne in the office is very polite and sweet as well.
