I did not feel they wanted to help me. It was a waste of a service call to use them. I knew the problem. They provided bull*"':. They gave me about 3000.00 repair minimum as the technician did not want to clean the coil in the unit. Of course I got the usual upsell to a new unit. I would spend 10k and get $20 a month savings. Lol. I reached out to a friend and we cleaned the coil. Now the unit is running really well now. I'm not going to bother to post photos. However if CBE wants to challenge this I'm perfectly willing to show all.
Amazing customer service and professionalism. They diagnosed problem on Friday and had it fixed by the following Monday. They made sure my cat didn't run away because she takes every chance she can to escape, and I was able to continue teleworking and got a lot of work done while they were replacing the AC because they were not very loud or disruptive. Also they were all cute somehow. Kind of want to break my unit so they can come back. I already said thank you like 5x but thank you so much!!!
I have called them twice due to problems with my AC. They have responded quickly both times and the repair person is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and very polite. He also makes sure to wipe his feet each time he comes back in the house from checking the unit outside. Both times he had the parts necessary to complete the repairs in the one visit. I highly recommend them!
AC drain was clogged. Scheduling staff was polite, friendly, assuring, helpful, and professional. Repair man Austin was the same, add courteous. He treated the unit like it was his own. Austin also showed me how to repair it next time. 10 / 10
Had issues with my AC blowing hot as it approached the 80s outside today, and they were able to get to me super quickly and help out. Pedro was super knowledgeable, and very swiftly get us back up and running. Very grateful for the service and definitely recommend their services to anyone in need!
Happy ending - I called Charles Berg Enterprises for a diagnostic, Austin Lacoste came and checked the system very thoroughly and found the evaporator coil frozen. He located a refrigerant leak due to an incorrect installation. Austin made the necessary repairs, added parts and refrigerant. Instead of paying for the installation of a compressor for 1745, including the refrigerant, ( compressor still in warranty) I end paying , thanks God, $568. Definitely I’ll recommend Charles Berg Enterprises and will call them again. Austin was very professional and skilled.
This summer, I was considering purchasing an office condo, and I needed to have the A/C unit checked out before I made my final decision. I immediately thought of Charles Berg, since I had heard their marketing ads on TV, and I knew several folks who had used them and recommended them. They were able to schedule the evaluation right away; Andy came out and did a thorough review of our unit, inside and out. After purchasing the office, we noticed some water near the indoor A/C unit, so I called Charles Berg, and they sent someone out immediately; that fellow explained what was happening and taught us what to do to assure that it never happens again; he also spent time teaching us how to program the thermostat. Lately we have been putting on the heat; yesterday we noticed there was an unusual sound coming from the heating unit. ...Guess what I did? I called Charles Berg! and YES, they came out right away! It turned out that the motor was done, but Andy was able to go and get a new one and replace it in the same day - and it is under warranty! I have to say that Charles Berg Heating and Air have the very best customer service. I am so pleased with how professional and friendly they are on the phone and how responsive they are to their customers. If you need any service to your heating and/or A/C unit, I highly recommend that you call Charles Berg!
I had Charles Berg install two new AC units in my home about two years ago. They were so great to work with! They kept me informed through the whole process, showed up on time and did great work. I trust them and have recommended them to friends.
Andrew was sent to service my A/C. He asked a few questions to determine what needed to be done and set to work. He was professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions without condescension. I felt comfortable with him and felt confident from early-on that he would properly service the system. I have previously used services that spent more time telling me how important it was for me to have them service my system frequently and at significant expense. Andrew came across as totally honest and trustworthy! I will use Charles Berg and Andrew from now on.
