Comfort Temp Heating & Air

Mike and Stephanie were great! Had maintenance done on an old A/C and Comfort Temp helped me out. I will be looking forward to having them back to do the needed upgrade repairs. Very professional company and great experience.

Today after much hassle over several days of determining how to repair the furnace blower motor, thanks to Goodman/Amana no longer making/providing that critical part (talk about bad customer service!), John Campana from Comfort Temp expertly and with great ingenuity managed to get my HVAC working again by installing an appropriate new module containing a microprocessor, and getting all the complicated wiring issues resolved. Kudos to John, and thanks for the excellent service provided by Mike and Drew for their earlier assessments about my problem. Wendy in the main office was very gracious and proactive in sending technicians right away each day, including this very busy Tuesday (as I understand it).

Mike was very professional and showed up early. He did a diagnostic and quickly found what was needed. He left to get a part and returned quickly to fix my air handler. I liked his professionalism and would highly recommend.

January in Florida is one of the coldest times, and our heater just couldn't take it and gave out in the middle of the coldest time. Comfort Temp was able to get us a technician super fast and gave us a nice timeframe as to when the tech would be coming out. Got a text with the tech's picture and notification that he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived and got right to work on the issue and within 15 minutes found the issue and another 30 minutes to repair the simple fix. Would definitely use Comfort Temp for all our future HVAC needs!

I called the on call system at 8 o’clock Tuesday night and within 45 minutes their technician was at my house. He drained the humidity buildup in the drip pan and got the air conditioning working incredibly well. Thank you Comfort Temp.

Outstanding service from the initial consultation, to the duct cleaning, to the installation and inspection of our brand new a/c unit. Every staff member we communicated with was friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and eager to do their best work for the customer. Highly recommend!

We have been using Comfort Temp for a long time. When we FINALLY get our routine appointment the techs that come out are awesome. HOWEVER - we have done a service contract with them twice and they do NOT send reminders or come out unless you call. Happy to take the money for the contract but not follow through. This week we had an appointment - took off waited, finally called to be told there was no appointment. Scheduled for following day - no show as they got too busy. Following day they would be there at 4 (although we had been told no appointments are made after three) and showed up close to 5. It is a shame that they do not treat loyal, service contract customers with more respect. I suspect routine maintenance is not their money maker but return/loyal customers are worth their weight in gold. We will not use them again. Very disappointing.

We have a three zone damper system in our two story house, and one of the zones quit working. Comfort Temp tech arrived in less than an hour. He showed me how our 28 year old dampers were failing. One was completely shot, and the others were on their way. He had one new damper in the truck, replaced it and got our system running enough to be comfortable. He arrived the next day with the other two dampers, and we’re back in business. All is good.

UPDATE: We requested Osmaan this time for the Spring HVAC tune up, and he once again proved to be the best tech we have ever had. He spend nearly 4 hours cleaning, checking, repairing, and "summer-proofing" our 3-zone 12-year-old system. He is smart, works carefully and hard, and is very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend him and ComfortTemp!

Osmaan came right on time and called ahead to let us know he was coming. He spent nearly 5 hours doing the most thorough maintenance on our 3 HVAC units that we have ever experienced. He was very quiet and methodical and thoughtful in his approach. Very pleased with his work.

This place is way too busy to train new hires. 2 weeks vacation after 5 years. They "rent" u t-shirts . If u like working in a hot, dirty , mosquito infested parking lot? This is probably ur dream job. Go 4 it .
