Jarvis Heat & Air Conditioning

I have been part of the Jarvis Heating & Air clientele for quite awhile. Any time I have had to call they have been very professional and kind. If I have had to leave a message they have been very prompt in returning my message each time. Their technicians seem well trained and are quick to respond. They also are quite personable and friendly and will try to do their level best to help you out not matter what it takes or how long.

I had an issue with a switch that caused my system to not perform in the middle of the night. I called their office first thing in the morning, and they had someone out to my house by 2:00 that afternoon. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it within an hour and I was cool again in a few minutes. Prompt and competent service--hard to find. I highly recommend them.

This company has got to be the best of the best. If there were 10 stars, I would give it. They are true professionals. They are people that can be trusted with your air conditioning and heating needs. I trust them being in my home alone, which isn't an easy thing to do these days.

If you're looking for HONEST hvac work, this is the company. Rob and Robby work with honesty and integrity. Update: after replacing a capacitor in my ac unit 60 days ago, the capacitor quit working and my ac went down. After hours, Rob Jarvis came out and replaced the capacitor under warranty. Greatly appreciated.

This company has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very polite and courteous. They have fantastic rates. The job was completed in a timely manor with as little interruption to our lives as possible. Their VIP package well worth the money. I would definitely recommend them.

Not satisfied with service. Robby was supposed to come out and replace drain line, one of his worker bees showed up without the parts to replace the drain line. Worker bee diagnosed it as a double P-trap. This is after Robbie crawled under my house (A week before ) to look at and he it he didn’t diagnose it as a double P-trap.
Me like a fool was hoping for the easy fix. Yeah $95. Called Robbie and explain the situation. He said he couldn’t fit me in till next week well never heard him from him and still haven’t heard from him.
Glad you all have had good comments about them but kind of sketchy but of course it’s probably my fault for being such a…….

Excellent , Professional Service ! I had my 2 units serviced and a thermostat installed. Jarvis Heating and Air checked 10x the items that any other company has ever checked . Not just clean inside coils and check freon . They cleaned inside and outside coils top to bottom , checked capacitors . They explained any repairs suggested giving option to do then or not NO PRESSURE . They offer a VIP Package that saves you money on future service and repairs . They're my go to Heating and AC for now on . Curtious , Friendly and Good Christian Family owned . Can trust their recommendation and not worry they are trying to take your money and run . Jarvis Heating and Air is a hard working group of employees, they are knowledgeable in all things heating and air. They are a company that will be honest with you and up front with all of your heating & AC problems! I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Jarvis to service my heat pump. Both times the service has been friendly and helpful. They do a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the entire system, and are happy to answer any questions. I will continue to use Jarvis Heat & Air in the future.
