Ricardo Campos came over to clear my dryer vent. In addition to cleaning vent, he opened dryer cleaned up lint and then went up to roof to take out the mesh, clean all the lint. He did an awesome Job. He exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Ricardo for vent cleaning and other services. Of course Aztil team is awesome too, I have a service contract with them and they are prompt, reasonable. Their customer service is second to none. .

We have been a customer of Aztil for the past 5 years, and I have to say the service has always been the best. very professional, courteous and honest technicians.Our recent a/c maintenance continued to provide the same quality of professional service. The two service technicians that came were great Jon M and Steve B. Very thorough and efficient, check our system completely. Installed a new UV light bulb and cleaned the drain line etc Two great service men, will ask for them in the future. We renewed our 5 year contract with Aztil with confidence of continued great service!

i purchase one of their new hvac/appliance 5 year maintenance/labor contracts. I mean, aztil ac, a big, old company, right? i was fooled by the supposed reputation.

the phone salesman made a big deal over the fact the the back of the contract is blank, insinuating that there are no exclusions. what they didn't say was that, as i experienced, there was also no service, no professionalism, often no response. i insisted on a refund, but they want to charge me for a service call, even though their appliance repair person couldn't find ANY problem! MY OPINION: BUYER REALLY BEWARE!

follow up: after a lot of back and forth, aztil finally agreed to do the right thing and issued a full refund.

I waited 4 hours from 9-1 for the AC technician.
He was a no show!
He called an hour later when I was not there.
Very unprofessional!

Ricardo and his crew were very polite and efficient. Now I have clean vents and can once again use my dryer.

Air conditioner wasn't working properly. Called Aztil. They were able to come the same day. We needed another part and their technician, Brandon, was able to come the next day to complete the process. Brandon was very professional and very accommodating. He happily answered all our questions.

Brandon came out to my home and saved us. He was professional, honest, and on time. Thank you Brandon for saving us. We will definitely use your services again.
