I used Reliable Ducts recently to maintain my older system and mitigate a mildew issue that was developing in my units. I have a home warranty that initially dispatched a different company to assess the situation and provided a quote for cleaning the air handler and compressor units, applying a mold inhibitor and installing 2 UV Light Air Scrubbers (1 for each air handler). Their estimate was close to $3,000. Given none of these services are covered by the home warranty, I obviously wanted to get a second opinion. A friend of mine used Reliable Ducts recently to replace his entire HVAC system and he highly recommended them.

Kelly, who initially took my call, put me in contact with a service manager the same day and they out came to our house the very next day for an assessment. Wally really took his time to go over all the options available; what should be done now in his opinion and what could wait to a later date. While he recommended essentially the same services as the previous company, he said we should be fine waiting until next year to install the second UV light scrubber, which was a savings of $1,000 right off the bat. Furthermore, their overall quote came in at $1,300 and was a sigh of relief given the initial estimate. Needless to say, we scheduled them to do the work, which was done within a few days’ time. I was not home to meet Wally or the technicians that performed the work but my wife spoke very highly of their knowledge, honesty and pleasantness. I highly recommend Reliable Ducts for any HVAC or heating services you need - you won’t be disappointed!

It was 91F in my house and getting warmer by the minute. I called Reliable and within 90 minutes their tech arrived. I don’t know anything about AC, but after the tech did his diagnostics, he explained what was wrong in a way that I could understand. He replaced the part and in 30 minutes my AC was blowing cold air again. The tech was polite and respectful of my home (taking shoes off, etc.) Great service. Great value. Great outcome. I will call Reliable again every time should the need arise. Winning!

My air conditioning was not cooling last week when it was running 95+ degrees outside, AND I had my in-laws coming to town. The technician came out same day and my house was cooler than it had been in months - my in laws had to complain about everything but the temperature. Professional service, quick turnaround, and a fair price. I would recommend Reliable Ducts to anyone with AC problems!

Great company!! Quick to come out, inspect and super quick turn around on repairing our coils that had been leaking. Very efficient and reliable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We meet Jason at the HiMe and Patio show and was looking for an A/C replacement. We had 6 quotes after the show and choose Reliable A/C. They were up front with the difference in brands, why they used the ones they carry for best quality of parts, repairs and warranties. He walked through the house looking at the vents and returns to ensure proper amounts and size for air flow. Then looked over our existing unit inside garage and outside. He then went into the attic to look at all the duct work to each vent and return. Our house was built with a wood framed box that was sheet rocked and painted off the floor in the garage. I asked if that could removed and what did they install there’s on. He explained the options of leaving it or they way they would do it.
He had no idea if I was going to buy from them or not and not one of the other 5 companies did anything near the amount of detail. He then gave me the size needed and options of any extra equipment like a UV light and 4” filter and service plans annually.
I was most impressed of no pressure to buy from them after all that and he emailed me the quote that evening. I called the next day and signed the agreement with no down payment needed, another thing most others wanted. It took 2 weeks to get all the equipment which now days is great. We were not in a rush because the a/c was working but is old and not efficient and was time for an upgrade. I would highly recommend Reliable A/C that was above and beyond the other companies we had quotes from.
