Ace Solves It All

First time using Ace. They communicated well from the initial call. We had Bobby out to fix a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our lower level bathroom. Bobby was great in helping detect the leak and how we needed to access it for the repair. He did a great job and it wasn’t the easiest leak to fix. We had to open up the ceiling. Bobby also helped in putting the drywall back up after fixing the leak. He also cleaned up when he was done. Very satisfied with the service we received and I would use Ace again.

Ron from Ace, cleared a clogged sewer line from the house. Ron was professional an Knowledgeable. He new right away what needed to be done and fixed it in minutes. I'm very happy with the work performed and will definitely use ACE again and will pass on to friends and family.

Ask for Dan if you want the right man for the job. Not only is Dan a great guy and respectful of the clients needs. He is also a USN veteran like myself.

I got four estimates for the same work. Ace was in the middle. But after he gave me the estimates with options. I also asked if I could save by sourcing some of the parts myself and after the owner was consented I was able to save a few hundred dollars.

Anyway you look at it. These guys are top notch.

I needed two toilets. They were quick to respond. They honor their appointment and are on time. In addition, they texted me with a picture of Justin, so I knew who would be coming to my door. I love the security. Justin Velez is informative, precise , and honest. I had researched various plumbers and found Ace Solves It All. I called on Monday and now on Wednesday I have two working toilets. This is a reliable company.

The plumbing dept was very courteous, professional, and wore shoe covers when coming in the house several times from outdoors. They quoted my job originally, but after the wall was removed and able to review the actual pipes, they adjusted the price down by almost 35%. Very honest on their part! I would use and refer ACE again. Very impressed with the professionals they have hired and trained well.

Called and was quickly set up for an appointment for a simple bathroom sink replacement. They wanted $2500 and pricing included an annual “membership”. Paid the $70 fee just to send them away and hire someone much more affordable. Beware- ask pricing before you waste $70. Found another local company who did an amazing job for $800 instead.

Abraham Batista, Ron Ellis, and Jose Batista were all quite knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They patiently and carefully reviewed with me the problems I had and provided multiple solutions and estimates for the solutions. They made sure all my questions were answered and completed the work to my satisfaction! Well done gentlemen--you gained a loyal customer for Ace. Had additional work performed, and Charles Romero gave excellent, caring, and detailed service, as did Roman Tofan. Every employee I dealt with was top-notch!

The outside faucet connected to the water hose broke as it appeared to be very old and rusted. I saw Ace online and noticed they had great reviews and responsive times. Decided to give them a try. The reviews were dead on right. Within a hour they sent someone over (Justin) and he explained everything to me. The price quoted was fair and he got to work immediately. He was done within an hour and stuck around to chit chat a bit about everything. Felt like I was talking to an old time buddy. He didn't just finish the job and leave, he made sure to explain everything in detail and had a nice conversation. Made us feel like part of the Ace family. Would highly recommend.

When we discovered a leak in the water line of our refrigerator we called Ace. We saw their truck at our neighbors across the street a few weeks ago. They called us back promptly and schedule our service with Kevin. Kevin called before he arrived and was within the 8 to 10am timeline. We decided to also let him check out our leaky faucet. Kevin was thorough in how he approached our issues. He did a full inspection, and he fully explain all of our options. My wife and I decided to replace the faucet and refrigerator water line . We scheduled an appointment for him to come back the next day to complete the services. He was prompt and arrived on time. He was respectful of our home and completed the services in a professional and knowledgeable way. Kevin is a true asset to your company and he deserves a big raise.
