Kevin came out to do leak detection. He was prompt, professional, and personable. He had some useful advice for us and we will call you for future plumbing needs.

I called for a possible plumbing issue. Gentlemen who came out was prompt, professional, and all around seemed like a good guy. He took his time and was there for about an hour. Turns out it is an AC issue and not plumbing. Problem is I was charged $250.00 just for this diagnosis. So the reason for the poor rating is soley the high cost.

So the company responded to this post and asked me to call them. I did, the receptionist told me sorry that I had a bad experience and she made a note of it. I didn't speak with anyone else. I called the AC company, came out, spent 2 hours, diagnosed the problem fully and only charged me $90.00!

Charles with Ace Solves It All was the best, honest tech I’ve ever dealt with since I moved to FL. I highly recommend this company for their choice of employees and professionalism. If you need someone that will be straight up with you about Plumbing, Electrical or A/C, I would highly suggest this company. I will make them my go to company for any of these issues.

We had Ace come out to provide an estimate to replace 3 GFI outlets and balance a fan. The estimate was 1700. We cut out the fan and received an estimate of 1000 for 3 GFI outlets that consisted of replacing a regular outlet with gfi. We went forward with the estimate as we needed to have it done. In the mean time we called a past business we worked with and found he would do the 3 outlets with his licensed electrician for 250. We had the work stopped but not before 2 outlets were completed for 688. The work checks out fine but I cannot recommend Ace due to their excessive pricing. Go with them if you do not mind paying excessively for the work.

An update...glad to see mgmt forwarded this to service a week ago BUT after a week we have heard nothing. At this point I would rate Ace a 0 if I could.

Very happy with my service. Luis came in and cleaned our dryer duct. The scheduling online was super easy, received a call shortly after to confirm, she asked a few questions and explained that we would receive texts when the technician was on his way. We were able to get same day service. Luis was very professional and kind. Explained everything. Ace will be the first company I call for any other issues within our home!

After running a camera through the vents, replaced toilet phlange after tree roots took over.
Austin was professional, polite, and most importantly, skilled.

I had a sewer backup and he cleared it out fast. Our plumber Yuri was professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor, you would lucky to have him at your home. He even gave us tips on what not to put in your garbage disposal. Thanks ACE.

6 Smoke detectors swapped out from hardwired to lithium. $450 - very expensive. Other 2 other jobs put on hold. $2000+ to install 4 recessed lights! No way! I think electrician just didn’t want to do job. Other job was to install 2 ceiling fan light for $250. All materials provided by the customer.

This is the second time I have used ACE for plumbing repairs and their service men are always professional and knowledgeable. Charles was very thorough and solved our plumbing issue quickly and properly. He also explained the entire process to keep the customer informed. He even suggested preventative measures to ensure the sludge backup to our sewer pipes do not reoccur in the future.

I would only recommend ACE for plumbing.

I am very happy with the services provided by this company. The repairman Bobby was prompt, courteous and efficient. This company has great customer service from beginning to end. They communicate throughout the entire process.
I will definitely store this number in my contacts for any future issues and to tell others.
