I have been dealing with Phoenix Air LLC for the past couple years and I've always been satisfied. Spencer has been servicing my unit. He is as real as it gets. Giving you the best option for your buck. All in all, good service and most importantly very good people.

Highly recommended! Every time I made a call (even late in the day), they sent a technician over the same day. Issues were resolved in a timely manner and technicians were knowledgeable and respectful of property. Spencer Parson was our latest service advisor and he did a great job! Thank you!

We are really pleased with our experiences with Phoenix. We bought a home only a few months ago, but needed upgrades and AC repair several times since then. Each time, Spencer came out and he was timely, professional, friendly and very thorough. He even came out in the middle of Tropical Storm Eta on a Sunday when our AC went out. Their prices are fair, and their work really good quality. When we have dealt with the office, they too have been very professional. We will for sure continue to use Phoenix for all future AC needs!

We used Phoenix to install a high SEER Lennox system. We had our mind sent on the Lennox brand and a high efficiency system. After getting several quotes, they weren’t the cheapest but they were the most responsive, easy going, and had a sense of trustworthiness. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us with added parts (or addition of a wire because of the unit) and the quote included service visits. The service visits were easy to make, they didn’t try to upsell me, provided pictures and explanation of the visit and more importantly they are very professional.

Phoenix installed my AC unit back in 2018 and the past few days we’ve been having issues with it turning on and off. Spencer came out to fix our AC late at night, he was very kind and knowledgeable, he wasn’t trying to rip us off or be unfair. He gave us the best price possible and explained what he was fixing in the unit. Will be calling and asking for Spencer for all of our AC needs.

Phoenix Air Conditioning is fantastic. They have helped me extensively through many issues I have had with an AC in a 50 year old low rise building where I had common drain line issues and had to deal with the HOA. Phoenix was always prompt, professional, and honest and often times even went above and beyond to do some thing even when I should have probably been charged extra. Will be a customer for a long time.

I have a contract for preventative maintenance with Phoenix, I had Jordan Henry Come out to service my AC. I love the way they take pictures of everything Before & After, And it's nice to have those for record keeping. He's always very professional showed up in a timely manner... I highly recommend using this company..

Jordan Henry was the service tech. from Phoenix today. He was careful, quick and kind. He was very thorough and addressed all of the questions we had.

On May 2, 2022, Spencer was the service pro from Phoenix. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave options for the repair and followed through with action. The company is very responsive and professional.
