I am not disappointed! Elliot at Thorpe matched us with Mason for our first visit as our technician...he was incredibly professional, friendly & thoroughlyexplained what he was doing every step during the service call. He was extremely knowledgeable & patient with my questions. The rates were reasonable and I felt comfortable doing business with them. So far they have lived up to reputation and earned our family's trust. I highly recommend.

I had a minor emergency happen after hours and not only did Thorpe respond but the Service Manager Nelson responded himself. He worked to ensure I had AC and was well taken care of! Mind you he was still in my attic at 9:30pm! Josh Thorpe has a wonderful company and great customer service!

What is there to say? I scheduled a simple preventive maintenance/ service visit. I called and they showed up on time, ready to work, and completed the job expediently. The technician was polite and professional. All of those things should be normal for businesses but nowadays it's the exception. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anything.

Lorraine was great! She took care of our issues and answered questions,explaining what needed to be done and why. She also worked in bad weather when she didn't have to, to get us taken care of because our system wasn't working right after a maintenance appointment earlier that day with another technician. Thanks to Elliott for a quick response to my call.

Sebastian arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and got right to work. He was very neat with his tools and didn’t make any messes in or around my house. He answered every question I had for him and showed me how to take care of my air conditioners. I look forward to having Sebastian do the maintenance for me the next time I need it done.

Thorpe came to install a combination heater and air conditioning unit in my addition. The guys showed up on time, they were very friendly and respectful, above all they did an excellent job. They took a few minutes to walk through the process, and routing of wiring etc., to make sure I agreed to everything they had to accomplish in the installation. Dustin and his colleague are outstanding representatives for Thorpe, polite young men, and they were quite experienced installing this unit. The total cost of the package was very reasonable, and since I was getting ready to head north, they accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend Thorpe and their team for any heating and air conditioning project you are contemplating.

I have used Thorpe twice for my AC installs over the span of 15 years and two houses. The most recent one my air handler leaked and damaged my celling. I wasn't having that happen again. So I called Chris at Thorpe my same guy for both installs. He took care of me making sure I got everything I needed to move the air handler from the attic to my garage with an AC unit that was perfect for the load of my house and energy efficient. I noticed a lot of the reviews on google were for Nelson, so I asked Chris if Nelson could do my install. He told me that he would be. Man were the reviews right! That young man was so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about HVAC. He listened to all my concerns and wishes and made sure he did a 110% job for me. I believe he has amazing morals and values and gives his 110% at every job he does. It's refreshing to see that there are genuine passionate workers out there that care about their customers. Very professional from the quote Chris Chalmers to the install team of Mason & Sebastian, who were very thorough and conscientious about their work. I would Highly recommend them!!
