Thorpe Heating & Cooling

Thorpe Heating & Cooling recently installed a new system in our home. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and answered our many questions. We also appreciated that the technicians took the time to plan out the job and make sure the system was installed correctly. Many thanks to Chris, Robbie, Luis, Jay, Sebastian, and the rest of your team working behind the scenes!

We had an issue with a float switch constantly shutting off our system because of a broken elbow joint in the line. Sebastian took the time to find the issue then resolve it quickly.

Lorraine was on time, informative, and replaced a defective water level safety shutoff switch. She was pleasant to work with and is welcome back as required for system maintenance.

Service tech seems very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained there was an issue with the zones not working properly, but was unable to reach her supervisor for advice. So the issue I called about exists and I was

I have had nothing but bad luck when it came to picking AC companies for service in my area until now. Thorpe Heating & Cooling have knocked it out of the park with their customer service, professionalism, and the quality of their work.

After the loss of my uncle earlier in the year and months of legal work, illegal squatters, and everything else imaginable, it was such a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) to have Thorpe Heating & Cooling take care of the AC issues to get the house sold. Special shout out to service technician, Lorraine Karason, who is amazing at her job! She not only called to advise her arrival, called to review details of system situation on completion and confirmed her departure. Not knowing anything of what we have been through these past 9 months of chaos a state away, she, and Thorpe Heating and Cooling were a blessing! I can see why my realtor HIGHLY recommended. :)

Mason is very professional and knowledgeable about our Heating and cool system. He diagnose every part and voltage of both of our systems. In a short time he solved our downstairs unit issue by replacing the circuit breaker outside.
