I called J&L for a quote for a new ac system and they gave me the best quote . They didn’t try and sell their soul to me which I appreciate. Joe is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me homework so I could educate myself on different type units and brand . The installation went very smooth . Nick and Shawn did a great job . They were extremely clean and professional . Lisa the office manager was extremely helpful. Anytime i had a question she was able to help . I am Very happy with my new unit and with the great service they provided.

Called J&L Air Conditioning (based on recommendations from our neighborhood chat group) after being told by the first company I called that the compressor on our 3 year old system was bad. The estimate they gave to replace the a/c system was $10,500. I then called J&L around noon on a Friday and was told someone could be here between 2 and 5 pm. Mike showed up right on schedule about 3 pm. He was very personable and professional as he did his diagnostics and explained what he was finding as he went along. Within 20 minutes or so he had our ‘frozen’ compressor up and running. Mike then cleaned our clogged drain (which is what caused the system to shut down) and did some other maintenance on the air handler.
I highly recommend this honest and above board company as they saved me over $10,200 today. I won’t call anyone else to service my A/C in the future.

After needing diagnostic and repair work on my AC unit, I searched for an established, local HVAC company here in the area and came upon J&L. I've used two of the bigger companies in the area and have always braced myself for the immediate sales pitch after a quick assessment of my unit. I decided on J&L since they received such high reviews here on Google and decided to call. Their technician was out the same day, assessed my unit and provided several solutions including short term WITHOUT pushing me to buy a new replacement. I decided after discussing thoroughly with the tech to replace and was able to schedule the install two days later. J&L worked promptly to schedule the job and everything went like clockwork. Both Sean and Nick who installed the unit were professional, courteous and efficient and took just under 5 hours to complete the work. Needless to say, J&L will have my business going forward.

Today, Mike did a quick and efficient check up on our new A/C system that he helped install around last year. I couldn't recommend these guys more.

J & L installed two new A/C units in our home a little over 2 years ago. Each time a technician has come to our home for routine maintenance or to look into an issue with the units we have been pleased with the service. I had my compressor shut off in the late afternoon and made a call into J&L after reading all their reviews online. Lisa answered and Mike was at my door in under 30 minutes to quickly diagnose the issue. A few new parts later I was up and running again.

Amazing service! Our a/c went out on a holiday weekend. I called and left a message which was promptly returned by Lisa. Their tech, Mike, showed up very quickly and exactly on time. The issue was diagnosed and repaired efficiently and our a/c was blowing ice cold air again in record time. Mike even checked our other unit and made some suggestions to avoid the same issue from happening with that unit. We took his advice and he had that unit ready to go just as fast as the other one. Thank you so much! I don’t know how we would have survived the brutal Florida heat without you! I highly recommend J&L! I will only use them from now on!
