Our 13 year old A/C system was ready to be replaced after struggling all summer to keep my house cool. Victor and the installation guys (Santiago, Jose, Brad), were all super professional and made sure we were well taken care of. When we finalized all the paperwork for the new A/C, Victor came back after hours and installed a temporary window unit so my family could be comfortable in this unbearable Florida heat. Santiago, Jose, and Brad were extremely kind and paid attention to detail when they were installing new a/c system. The Scott’s Heating and A/C crew is awesome and it’s rare to find businesses that are trustworthy and go above and beyond. Thank you!

I’m very picky when it comes to spending the kind of money I had to spend. I found this local place with good reviews (I’m always willing to give my business to local companies). I respect the way Scott’s does business. A service tech came to my place within hours of calling for service. The service tech (Bill) was great at explaining everything in detail. He took the time to make sure I knew all of the options for a solution to my AC problem. I ended up paying for an entire AC system replacement (my AC was already 8 years old with prior problems and I chose to buy a new system rather than sink money into an old one). The comfort specialist Daniel met me the next day to explained my options for systems and answered every one of the questions I had. The next morning, the installers (Eli and Keenan) came by and worked their a**es off to have my new system installed in less than the 8 hours time expected. The field trainer, Jeff, stopped by to ensure everything was going as planned. I am more than satisfied with the final installation and my new system seems much better than my old, undersized system. Everyone I named had great customer service and it’s one of the reasons I decided to give Scott’s my business. They will continue to get my business as I plan to sign an annual maintenance agreement to have them service my AC system for its lifetime. I feel their cost was fair for what they provided. Everyone’s expertise allowed me to have confidence in their service. I no longer have doubts about keeping my house cool for the summer.

Scott's staff were professional, knowledgeable, competent and pleasant. They gave me a fair price on my new AC system, gave good advice re my options for the best type of unit for me & financing, and there was NO high pressure. The installation went very smoothly and they left the work area clean. I have already recommended them to some of my neighbors!

We have had our AC running longer than usual the past few weeks, so we decided to have the unit serviced. I have a home warranty but we decided to call Scott's. Kelvin came out and did the service and filled out freon. We actually recognized him from the last company he worked for. We liked him then and liked him now! Very informative, professional, and friendly. We have decided to use Scott's now instead of our warranty due to the great service and competitive cost. Our home warranty would have charged more for the tune up/freon.

He went way above and beyond and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything I needed to make a decision. The install team was great. They were prompt, worked efficiently, and all areas were clean and neat when they left. Overall, I was very happy with their service and everyone involved.

The salesman, Victor, was very informative as to the different AC models and answered any questions I had. He was fair in his pricing. The installation team were experienced and strived for perfection in the installation. They worked long and hard to complete the installation in one day despite some challenges they came across. I am glad I chose Scott's.

(That's my old review of Scott's below the dashed line. Since then, something has gone wrong with this company because tonight they really let down a contract customer. Called them four times over the space of several hours to ask for help with a clogged condensate line -- and a 92-year-old with asthma in residence. Four times, we were promised a call-back with an ETA for a repair tech....and four times, it never happened. Needless to say, Scott's lost a good customer tonight.)

All of the staff at Scott were awesome. They guided us through the new AC process. No one wants to buy a new AC during a pandemic but we had no choice. Victor helped us decide which worked best for us. The installers, office staff and everyone in between were extremely helpful, kind and had wonderful customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our ac was acting up and so was our nest thermostat. I needed service done last minute on my AC and they were not only prompt in answering my call but also scheduling service soon. Patrick came and did a full inspection and thoroughly explained told us what we needed. He explained the prices and services really well and once we agreed to get it serviced, he did so really well. He was professional, on time, patient and their prices are great! My ac has been running perfectly after maintenance. Deff using their services in the future.
