FL-Air Heating & Cooling

Called FL-Air because my A/C was not running properly. Was told they would be out in a few hours that they can fit me in. They did not lie. Mark, the owner showed up himself within a few hours and had my A/C up and running. Checked out the rest of the system and gave me some pointers. Very knowledgeable and went right to work.

Robert came out today and was excellent. He was open about what was going on, trouble shot what needed to get done, and didn’t leave until the job was done. Highly recommend FL Air and ask for Robert. He knew what he was doing, asked for help to his boss if needed, and was just a kind and honest person. I never felt pressure on anything. Thank you for ensuring we have a cool weekend!

Rob to the rescue!!!! What a life saver he was today! My husband was out on business travel and the air conditioner decided it didn't want to work! In an emergent situation, Rob came on time, was thorough and extremely professional! He was even sweet to our beloved dogs. Rob took the time to understand what our immediate needs were but offered his professional judgement and information for future steps we will need to take. Rob was super friendly but again beyond professional and most helpful!

I've used FL-Air for 4 years now. Right after we bought our house the AC started going bad. Owner Mark came out and evaluated the house and made a recommendation with full explanation of my questions and concerns. He contradicted my previous experience and gently explaining why what I thought I wanted was wrong. Went with his recommendation and wouldn't you know it, he was right. He had the right size and type of unit and temp and humidity levels are extremely comfortable while keeping costs pretty low compared to my neighbors. Since then I've had them take over maintenance for my rental property and am now on a yearly maintenance plan to keep that unit running well and I won't be surprised by any large expense. Every tech that has come out has been able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I also like that they will send people in the late evening if they have someone available. They use housecall so I get text updates when the techs are enroute as well as the invoice as soon as the job is done. Compared to other services, they came out recently and identified that another large company replaced my neighbors AC unit and had placed theirs too close to their house, which the other company had done to allow walking access, rather than just moving the unit a few feet where it could have been properly placed. I trust these guys over other companies to use their knowledge and experience to do the job right and help set me up for success the first time, and you should too.

Robert came in and was very professional, timely and resolved our air issue immediately. He made it so we could enjoy our weekend and not have to worry about our air conditioning. He additionally provided different solutions for long term maintenance

Mark Logan did a thorough analysis of my system and made competitive recommendations to help me decide how to address the replacement of our original equipment. His installation team (Gage and Dustin) was on time, polite, considerate, explained what they were doing and the follow up care and maintenance. I interviewed 7 contractors before deciding on FL-Air Heating & Cooling. Excellent team in the field and in the office I wholeheartedly recommend them for your project. .

We just had Robert J. out for our first maintenance service on our rental property in South Tampa. Robert was on time, incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Since we are not from FL he educated us on how to make sure that our unit would run at its best! I would highly recommend FL AIR to anyone. If you get Robert that’s a BONUS as well!

Over the last 20 years I have hired different companies to perform AC maintenance on my home. This company exceeded my expectations by far. The AC tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all of my questions with ease. When dealing with companies that provide home services, I tend to have my guard up to make sure I don’t get taken advantage of. The AC tech, Robert J, was the most and honest AC tech I’ve ever come across. I look forward to working with him and this company again.

I just had Robert with FLAir here and I have to day he was fantastic! He showed me what was going on and the ugly stuff he pulled out of my AC drain line (Yeah, gross!). When he got inside and was working on cleaning the air handler, he pulled the top panel off, which apparently hadn’t been done in 10 years since installation and showed me all the mold that was growing in there.
Yeah, thanks for continuing to gross me out Robert!
He cleaned it all up and gave me options on how to remedy the issues he found. I decided to check to see how much mold grows in six months for the next time he comes out.

Our A/C had broken and it was 88 degrees in the house. I was shocked to see FL Air and Cooling not only responded to me on a Saturday, but that they would send someone out within two hours!!! Robert arrived and was AMAZING! Instead of being irritated that he had to work on a weekend, he was all smiles and quickly, but thoroughly, explained everything going on with my A/C. He gave me the situation directly without embellishing how good/bad it was, and I really appreciated that. This is the second time I have used these guys, and they will be the only ones I call in the future. I can't say enough about how great they are. If you are reading this review, just call them. I promise you will be glad you did.
