So we all know it has been hot, and my air conditioner decided to go cur-put!!!! With a two story house and a baby that is no good!! :( I called John on Monday and he made sure to make time for us that same day! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything he was doing. Even showed us a few tricks to make sure our unit stays well maintained. We will definitely be calling him back when we decide to get our dampener system installed.

I would recommend John Zino to anyone. He was professional. He was on time and he was able to fix multiple problems in a timely manner. This guy really knows his stuff and stands by his work. I am so thankful for his wisdom and patience

Our AC quit cooling on a 94 degree August Sunday... I guessed it must either be out of refrigerant (leak), or a dead capacitor (these are the most common AC problems and my AC system is only 2 years old, so not likely to be something more serious like a dead compressor). I Googled and saw that capacitors are anywhere from $12-60 online, so I decided to leave it to a pro (thinking that at most it would be $200 for parts and labor). I found Air Professionals AC by searching Google. Their website claims "24/7 service" and the Google reviews seemed good, so I gave them a call. No answer, but I left a VM and they called me back. The tech said he would be there that evening. Never showed up, never called to say he wouldn't. I called the next morning (Monday) to see if I should give up and try elsewhere. The tech answered and said they would be there between 11-12. When they didn't arrive by 2, I called and he said he was 5 minutes away. When he arrived, he confirmed it was the capacitor. It took him 30 minutes to replace it. Then, the bill... $408!!!! He charged me $320 plus tax for the capacitor (with "hard start kit" - the same model is under $40 on Walmart.com). Then $60 for "diagnostic fee". I almost lost it. And what can you do? I totally felt ripped off and that is not a good feeling to be left with after dealing with a company. Needless to say, I will never call them again and will warn anyone I know who needs AC work.

Used Air Professionals on two severe occasions, both times were met with a quick response and honest work. They back their work 100%, I would definitely recommend. I'll be calling them for any future a/c needs.

My husband and I called Air professionals tonight and was connected with John. Our A/C went out unexpectedly and the house was getting hot fast. John’s a straight shooter, so don’t expect much fluff. He diagnosed our problem and got it fixed ASAP. Huge thanks to the Air Pro team.

I cant say enough positive things about Air Professionals. I found my A/C unit was down after coming home from work, called Air Professionals and they came out to my home at 10pm. The company is great and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Looked up AC places nearby and they were close by since I’m near Lake Asbury and they’re located in Middleburg. As usual, I check the reviews and read a couple of the first ones and they seemed good (should have just viewed the 1-starred Review cause they seemed as if they were exactly like what I experienced). Anyways, I called around 10 am and the guy seemed to know what he was talking about and we scheduled a 13-1500 time schedule for him to come out. At 1540 I called him for a time update and he was stuck in Keystone and the rain was making him run behind and that he would be over once finished. Around 1740 I was about to message him but just before he messaged me stating that he didn’t forget about me. I said no problem, I had nothing else to do anyways. He then asked if I wanted to cancel, but like I said I had nothing to do so I said no. I asked again on what his new time would be and he said 1 hour. 1.5 hours go by and I reach out again to let him know his services would no longer be required.

We called this company because we are new to our home and this was the sticker on the unit. Placed the first call around 3:30p. It's Christmas Eve so we weren't expecting someone to come out right away, but they advertise as 24 hour service and gave no indication that the holiday would effect that. We were told they could have someone out to our home between 6p & 8pm. At 8:50 we called to see if they still had us on their list and were told that the guy was heading over now. At 10:30 we called again and the tech said he was "around the corner." It's 11:22p and he still isn't here. This is TERRIBLE customer service. If at any point in the evening they had simply contacted us, we would have called another company. After tonight the sticker if coming off the unit and we'll be seeking another HVAC for any future issues.

I'd have to echo some of the other disappointed customers below. We called for service and the tech (obviously rushed) said he'd be out in a couple hours. No show. We called back and after 3 hours and he said another two hour hours. Well, here we are 7 hours later and nobody even bothered to call and let us know they weren't coming. Hey air pro- at least let your customers know you can't make it so we could make other arrangements. Don't hire this company.

I was told by a different company I needed a new fan motor, air handler and copper piping. John and his partner (sorry bud, can't remember your name but you were great too) came in had it diagnosed in 5 minutes, replaced a capacitor, hard start key and BAM! Everything was perfect! Checked the entire system to assure we would have no additional problems. House cooling, happy family and happy wallet as I was expecting over $1000 repair, was less than half!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Thanks guys!!! I'll recommend you to everyone!
