Farmer’s came out right away. Even got a text that came ahead of time to let me know a technician was en route…Gave me an honest diagnostic and a fair price.

Every interaction I had with them was positive and I was impressed with how quick their service was. Hands down outstanding customer service too.

Brian showed up a few minutes earlier than he said he was going to. That impressed me. He worked quickly and efficiently. The whole removal and replacement of the heating and air conditioning system took about four and a half hours.
The price quoted was very reasonable for everything that was provided. He was very professional, and he explained everything he was doing in terms that a layman can understand. My wife and I recommend him highly.

Came out at 4pm and got my air back on. Everyone else was at least 3 days out. Professional and very polite. I will recommend you to anyone that asks.

Fantastic! Jarold knew exactly what the problem was within minutes! He called to find replacement part , picked it up and had my a/c up and running in less than 2 hours!!! He was punctual, knowledgeable, pleasant and personable and educated me about several things I did not know. I’d highly recommend Farmer AC for any a/c issues!!!

Farmers Heating & Cooling is the BEST! I got home after a long day at work only to discover my air conditioner wasn't working. Mr. Farmer came to my house in a moments notice at dinnertime to help by replacing my capacitor. Very prompt and professional. This company will have all of my family's business.

Jarold came out today to give me an opinion and quote on replacing my 3- 17 year old air conditioner units. I received other quotes, but Jarold took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of replacing the units vs. repairing them and opinions on the right type of unit for my home. He was not pushy and was genuine. His recommendations were based on his experience. He actually works on and installs the units and is not just a sales person which gave me confidence in his advice. The prices quoted were extremely competitive and Carrie was super responsive to my questions. I look forward to my new units and install and working with the Farmer's team.
