I appreciate the great customer service and quality work. They don’t try to sell me a new system, unlike the company I used to use. My system is old but it works fine, and these folks are honest in telling me that. When the time comes to replace I will certainly use Farmer’s. In the meantime, their maintenance plan gives me confidence.

Brad was quick to respond to our 2 AC units that needed attention last month. One needed to be replaced and one repaired. He took care of both in a very timely manner and professionally. We’ve worked with Brad and Carrie for years. They are totally trustworthy, and their work is excellent.

Farmers arrived as scheduled and performed an excellent service at a very reasonable price.

We needed our 6 month service done but also knew a weird sound was coming from the unit. The Farmers got us in for the day that we requested and we are so happy and thankful for the service we received. The communication was outstanding! Brad thoroughly explained the problem with a burnt wire that we had. He repaired the problem and did the maintenance service. He was extremely professional and kind. Brad was great! He took his time, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My ac is old and another company told me I needed a new unit. Brad assured me my unit, although dated, worked very well. His services and prices can't be beat.

When I came home to an 80° house with a thermostat set at 70° and no air movement- we had a problem. I called our current A/C place and was told to turn it off. No further instruction and an expensive per hour rate. I called Farmers - Brad came over within 30 minutes, went over everything with me on why we were having issues. Checked all the freon. After reviewing their care plan, we will be making the switch! Thank you for getting our air moving!!

Brad came out and was very courteous and professional. We discussed several solutions to our issue and actually recommended a couple of ideas we could do ourselves that were very inexpensive. This makes me feel he puts his customer first and isny simply there to gouge the customer.

Brad is very professional! I had a great experience with this company. Got my AC running, and he us going to get me a quote on new units since they are 16 years old. BUT, they are working for now!!! Thanks Again!!!
