Since the first phone call, the entire experience was amazing! The prompt visit to service the HVAC to the follow up, and the explanation of what was wrong was above and beyond! I will definitely be using this company for a future.

I will definitely use them again if/when needed. They are THE BEST! Hickman's was professional, courteous, and quicker than I expected or imagined. When my AC system quit working, I was worried that it would be a week or weeks before it got fixed. HIckman's Heating and Air worked me into their schedule for the next day and it was fixed the day after that (they had to order the part). My system needed a new compressor and they went over my options and cost relating to how old my system is (15 years old). They were quick and very responsive to questions. I would recommend to anyone to go with Hickman's.

I cannot thank Sean enough for his kindness, honesty and great service. I had another company come out the day before and replace a part on my a/c unit. It didn't work so I was told I needed a new motor for $1500 or a new unit. Doing my due diligence on getting several quotes, Sean came out to my home. Sean tested the old part only to find out there was nothing wrong with the part that was replaced by the previous company and Sean quoted me a much better price for the motor! I was so relieved when he said I didn't need to replace the entire unit and gave me a great price on the actual repair I needed. Sean was a God send when I needed him...I had air in my home in no time! Thank you Sean! I will be calling you any time I need service for my heat/air unit!! God bless you and your company.

Contacted Hickman's Heating and Air today for repair on my AC. He sent a repairman out who arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again!

Hickman’s is one of the best AC services in town. Easy to schedule. Communication was great. The response was prompt. I knew who was coming to my house and when via text. Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

In March 2020 Hickman's Heating and Air installed a new A/C system in my house. They have been very responsive to take care of unit issues over the last few years. The service techs go above an beyond to make sure the system is working and my family stays cool.
