I started using Greens ~4 years ago when we bought our current house. They’ve been excellent! Every tech has always been on time, professional, detailed and transparent. Never an up-sell and never any pressure. They do great work as well. Have had 2 different repairs along with regular (twice per year) maintenance. I buy their ‘comfort club’ service plan and it is actually worth it. They are also proactive about it - e.g. they reach out to me to make sure I’m getting what I pay for. These guys are a rare gem - highly recommended!

I contacted Greens Energy Services about an extended service warranty that I had purchased with my AC in the Titusville area. Greens does not serve my area, which I kind of expected, based on their website. However, Shannon went above and beyond to help me get this resolved. Not only giving me more knowledge about my warranty, getting me a copy and contacting the manufacturer as well to help me find someone who should help me with honoring the warranty.

I was amazed at the effort and outstanding customer service given by Shannon. She could have easily just said we do not serve your area and I'd probably still be trying to figure it out. I hope Greens Energy knows what a wonderful gem they have with Shannon. Shannon you are wonderful and I cannot thank you enough!!

I've been with Green's through four houses. They have always done an exceptional job. The ladies are very professional and so are the techs. They are very personal also. My husband always enjoyed talking to them while they worked. He use to say, " If he was King, he hire them." I haven't come across anyone that doesn't fit that stature. Good Job!!!!

David came out today because our outdoor unit wasn't working and we needed a second opinion. Another company was telling us that we needed to replace our entire outdoor unit. David not only did a full diagnostic to find that incorrect, but he got us remedied and explained everything along the way. He was amazing, informative, and I could only wish that I went to them originally. I highly recommend Greens Energy Services and specifically David for anything you may need.

David really took his time with diagnosis and educating me with what the problem was on my AC unit and what options I had with repair parts or pieces. He was very easy to talk to and very pleasant to talk to.

I had greens replace my old, broken a/c unit with a new up to date unit. Installation techs were very professional and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better installation or group of people to have performed the service.had the start up tech here today and was just as professional as I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The technician Phillip Jackson was excellent. After he did all of the scheduled maintenance he installed a Honeywell thermostat. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Green's Energy Service.

Love Green’s! Always professional, on time, and thorough. Keep my system running at optimal performance. This time Larry was my tech and did not disappoint! So pleasant and very efficient. I feel safe and in good hands with Green’s!

Larry did a great job. Advised me how we can help keep our air conditioning system working well and I appreciated that. We made notes regarding what needs to be done when throughout the year. Good advise. Now I know what to do when and that should bode well for our systems longevity.

The technician (Chad) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my AC professionally and quickly and at a fair price. I will continue to use Greens Energy Services in the future.
