Precision Air is really the best. In 2014, we had our A/C unit installed and to this date, there hasn't been any trouble. Regardless of that, Ray still drops by (calling before of course,) whenever he is in the area to make sure it stays up and running. Can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you for all that you do.

Excellent service! 2 hours from the first contact to arrival at my door. Problem was diagnosed and solved in less than 30 minutes. Sitting happy and cool again. The owner (Ray) was very friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. Absolutely using these guys any time I need AC service.

I called them tofay June 28 at 5pm and they arrived super fast around 6pm, The Tech made the diagnostic in less than 15min and had the unit up and running cold in less than 40min. Awesome communication and fair price ! I definitely will recommend them to Anyone even after hours.

The staff of precision air are very polite. They are very reliable and efficient. Integrity is the word with the this company. As a property manager, I really need this kind of responsive service. They make me look good to my tenants and the owners of the properties that I manage.

Ray came out to check out A/C, quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back cooling down on this hot August day in no time flat. Ray was very personable and friendly and did good work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Been without A/c for almost a month because of Ray and his team, One excuse after another and summer is coming, calling around for other quotes on the work, when or if precision air solutions ever tries to comeback. I'll be happy to inform them of the great quality of work from another company that I called. Will definitely not be settling the invoice from them.

Ray & Joe was very professional, including the tech's. They explain options and recommendations. Gives you many option of what service is recommended , pay option and even helps you with the paperwork if you decide to do payment programs on a new system. I will always call Precision Air Solutions, LLC for my A/C needs. I am also a life long customer.

Be very careful about purchasing a new ac unit from Precision Air Solutions. I purchased the unit on recommendation from by HOA association. Although the price is very competitive, pride in workmanship and quality of work is poor at best.
I watched the crew take out a old air handler drop it on my wood floor ( no drop clothes anywhere) make a mess with no care in the world. I thought that was bad till I watched a crew member weld a pipe inside my wall with no protection, as he started a wood beam on fire! Now, to the real interesting part. They installed the air handler so the drainage went up not down.. This was not noticed until the crew had left and I noticed leaking water all by the air handler.
A 2nd crew was sent out the following week to reinstall the air-handler which still had a drainage issue. Finally a 3rd party came in to fix the issue, and it finally drains correctly.
I was told when I purchased the unit that the "contractor inspects every job"... Do not believe that... I was also told that the company will file the warranty paperwork. Yup that never happened. Luckily I checked on the warranty before it was to late and was able to file register warranty myself.
In short I would not recommended Precision Air Solutions.
