Bought new unit from 2 years ago within that time they've ended up charging me another four grand to so-called fix parts that were under warranty but they did not cover any labor warranty for the first year or any of that. Now I have to buy a new unit because they won't come out there and fix what they broke again

Called in for a repair on my A/C unit - the lady who answered the phone was named Lynn- she is sweet and very informative when on the phone. She took time to ask me some questions and give me a little advise. before just scheduling my service call. the technician who came out was professional and very knowledgeable. Was not pushy when he was at my home.

Fred was in time, helpful, and pleasant. They called me for my routine maintenance so I could keep my 2 yr old unit running well.

They came out. Diagnosed the problem. Gave us options on the repair/replace. We chose to replace and they had the entire job completed that same day! This included hauling away the old units and the concrete slab.

JD's company is one of the Best out there in Florida. His company represents TRANE AC/Heating system which are the best. For all those who live on or near the water --check out Pro Mag's TRANE product line--you will not be disappointed. First, Christi communicated with me very well, informed me of any changes or delays, fantastic job. Mark K was (is now) our technician. He is a very professional and personable individual. Sometimes when you meet someone, you can tell about their integrity, Mark is one of those people. I really was impressed with him; he is very upbeat and knowledgeable.
