The owner Joe is excellent Technician, he knows his stuff and all his Techs know there stuff he makes sure of that. what makes Vortech Great is I Trust the work they do, I have had my AC diagnosed by other companys who tell me I need hundreds of dollars of work, then I get Joe to come out and find out they didn't know what they were talking about.

The service was great, I call for an emergency service and they came in 30 min, that was incredible!!!. Ramon was the technichan that came, he was very proffecional, knolegeble and answer every question I had. He did a great job, he did a very thorough inspection of the unit and continue to explain what was wrong and how the situation was best resolved.

Joe is fixing everything my previous "mechanics" could not find or figure out or were simply ignoring. Recently lost cold air and made a call at 4 am. A quick call back and by 10:00 am it was fixed. They could have sold me an entire new unit and I would not have known the difference, but simply replaced the part with a very reasonable service call price and the cats were back in the low 70's . . . Great communication and service and above all you can TRUST these guys. I keep their number close by.

Advice technician that problem with A/C was burnt transformer. I showed to him and even sent picture of it to his office .Spent over 1 hour discussing trouble shooting sending back and forth of the unit with boss. It was clear, in my personal opinion that he did not know what he was doing..Finally he came to the "conclusion" that yes, the transformer needed replacement. Agree to replace it, but asked him 3 times how much was the part and kept "beating around the bush." Stopped him before replacing it. SURPRISE, $267.00 for a 40v transformer smaller than a can of sardines. Cancel service and paid the trip fee. I had previously research the Internet to get an idea ($6.81 purchased locally) of how much this item could cost. Another surprise, from $6.85- to as high $18.95. This is not " highway robbery" it is "highway massacre". Cos. seem to forget that today people inform themselves before they buy anything.

We have had 3 different companies come out and look at the a/c the past few years and no one could ever fix the problem. Vortechs came out within a few hours and stayed until midnight to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and did a thorough job. Great experience.

Joe came out almost immediately after I called & knew exactly what the issue was. He got it fixed up, then made sure the rest of the A/C was working properly. Super friendly! It's wonderful to know good people to work on these type of things!

The technician who was supposed to go and do a diagnostic on my A/C took the power plug to A/C handler and now my A/C is not working at all! I called and the same guy picks up(Joe) and he denies stealing the power plug he was stuttering the whole time and he kept denying. For anyone trying to install or repair an A/C stay away from companies and especially this one!

The two guys who came to my home on an extremely hot day and at the end of their day came with great attitudes. They fixed my problem quickly and explained what had happened. Great team. My house was in the 90's without A/C and it was so sweet to be able to go to bed tonight in comfort. Thank you so much.
