Today I had both a repair and maintenance issue addressed. Our technician Ramsys was exceptional. He explained what our problems were clearly and concisely as he made the repairs and he provided feedback on the daily operation of our systems. He understands both technology and customer service.

My previous visit... Westbrook has always provided excellent service. I have been a customer for many years. Today's service (which was complicated) was finished earlier than estimated and Jean was neat and clean and communicated their status along the way. Overall another great experience.

My association with Westbrook Service Corporation spans over 10 years. As a "comfort club" member I receive a routine tune-up and maintenance of my a/c unit twice a year. I have met several technicians over the years and each one has been punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional. It has always been a pleasure, and my equipment has been running very efficiently. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning and I would assume they do a superb job with plumbing and electrical also.

Jean A. was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and was honest about what he found. He explained in terms I could understand what he did to resolve the issue without pressuring me to replace an expensive part that may or may not be an underlying issue. This left me in charge to decide if it should be replaced now or in the future if the problem resurfaces. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for and Westbrook's service today was very much worth the money.

Clint did my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was super professional and very informative. Followed up with a phone call after to offer some valuable tips on maintenance. Has been dealing with Westbrook for a number of year and has never been disappointed with their service ever. Great company.

I signed a contract with Westbrook to install a tankless gas water heater in APRIL 2019. It’s now January, 2020 and they still haven’t finished the work that was contracted! They came to my house 4 times since that date to evaluate and coordinate with TECO gas to install new gas lines (old meter was defunct) and prepare to install the tankless water heater and also hook up my gas range. Each time they had an excuse for why they couldn’t do the job on that particular date. The final time was on JANUARY 30, 2020 when the tech came and said he needed another tech to do the work and had no record of the gas range installation, even though I’ve had 8-10 phone and personal conversations detailing the work order. When I called to reschedule, Robert Valentin, Director of Customer Support, was anything but helpful or professional. He repeatedly talked over me, gave conflicting information and told me I was unreasonable and rude. Quite the opposite, in fact. He quoted me $1,270 to do the work when I was originally quoted $300 in April then told me to find another contractor if I didn’t like it. I set up a time 2 weeks later for them to do the work because I haven’t had an oven for 9 months!
The last thing he said before hanging up was to
...”get another contractor if I was unhappy with their service” and he apparently heard me say ‘go to hell’ as I hung up. He called back 5 minutes later and said they would not be following up because of my comment, and that I was “rude and abusive”. After 9 months of waiting for them to do their job, Mr. Valentin could have gone to hell and back a thousand times! A passive-aggressive personality with no background information should not be head of Customer Service! This is the WORST sense of responsibility and customer attention I’ve ever experienced!!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I have never experienced a company that requires you to call them three times to simply set up an appointment for someone to come give you a quote. When I first spoke with them, I asked to put me on the schedule to do the work on the 16th of December. They took the appointment and said we will have some one call you to schedule a quote or provide pricing over the phone. After three days no one reached out. So I called back and had to leave a message and no one called me. I tried one last time and was finally able to get someone out for the estimate. The man that came out to do the estimate was over an hour late to the scheduled 3 hour window they provided. It has been almost 3 weeks since I first tried contacting them and today December 16th is the day I needed the work done. I have called twice this week leading up to the scheduled day. The first call advised me that the main lady that schedules the gas work is in a meeting and said she will call you right away. No call, I followed up and the after hours lady advised she would send the info to a specialist and requested someone call me before regular hours. Here we are another day, the day the work was scheduled to be done and I have yet to receive a quote, a single call, or any type of confirmation for the appointment that was scheduled. Now I have to delay moving into my house I just closed on because I have no way of cooking food for 2 weeks until another company can come out.

My techs were the best. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable of their trade. You need more guys like Angel and Eric. Would def call and ask for them if i ever have a problem with my AC again. Great job guys.

Above and beyond my expectations
The service tech Jose V. came out only to install a WiFi thermostat and i mentioned to him that my AC was taking a little longer that normal to reach the set temperature. i was expecting an answer like you have to call them, but Jose told me he would check the pressures and realize it was a little low on refrigerant so he added it and notice that the pressures were not right come to find out a valve in the brand new unit was defective so he had them ordered it and came back and replaced it. Great work, so far so good.

I ordered a tankless water heater to be installed on my property June 27, 2019. It took them until December 2019 to finally install the water heater. Now they claim I still have an open permit on my property and they haven't been able to get in touch with me about closing it. Wrong. I have repeatedly sent emails and phone calls (the person is never "at her desk") so I have left message after message with no response. It is currently July 27, and I still have an open permit. Wish someone would get it fixed for me. Don't know if I would recommend this company for anything in the future. No follow up.

Terrible experience. Two days of false promises and missed appointments. I was provided a service window of 1-5pm for an A/C service call. I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 5:15pm I still hadn’t received a call. I called the office and the woman said she couldn’t help me but would have someone call me back. A technician called me at 5:25 and told me he was on a service call and didn’t know if he could have someone come out today. I asked why no one had reached out to me and he told me that’s an issue between me and the “office”. A woman from the office called and said they were too busy and couldn’t send someone out tonight but promised someone would show up at 8am the next morning. I have had two technicians call and say they are busy with other calls and don’t know when they can make it. Westbrook has no problem making false promises and wasting customers time.
