I absolutely love every one at Artic Air ! They have always made me feel like I am a priority to them and are always there when I need them. Always answering any questions I have and sometimes able to talk me through a problem I’m having instead of charging me to come out and fix an issue . Days, nights, holidays and weekends always a quick response . Very understanding staff that never makes you feel unappreciated.

Reece returned our call promptly. Arrived quickly, and found what our problems were. He discussed the issue and was very professional. Very polite, and as always very efficient. We always get quality work from Artic Air.

Found drivers drinking …. While driving reported matter to the company and they did not do anything about it. They said “yes one of are drivers did open one “…………
took me 4 weeks back to back to get hired at this company. Very very nasty owner to those that don’t fit his (criteria) ……. The owner also uses the term ….. “cotton picker “ when a task is hard at hand or when ever he is out in a work setting or work environment,had moved from a small town down to another small town thinking it was a good idea to work for this company . “Everything was videotaped and I have all my proof google……. Thank you artic air for the unsettling experience.

Called this morning because having prolems with a/c not ciculating air. They were able to have Jerry come to look at it right away. Fan motor problem. Part ordered. The people at this company are great! A local business that I highly recommed for all heating and a/c needs.
