Richard is the most compassionate and helpful business owner I have ever dealt with! We just moved to a new townhome and being new to the area, I didn’t know who to call for help with our ac. I read the reviews and decided to give 24 seven a call. Richard answered himself, asked me my address and to described the problem. He explained that they had a big job and he wasn’t going to be able to send anybody that day, BUT he didn’t want to leave me and my family with the problem for one more day. He asked if I could send pictures and offered to walk me through some possible solutions. The whole time I was wondering:1- how is he going to charge me for an over the phone consultation? and 2– could I realistically fix the ac myself? He was wonderful and walked me through all the possible things I needed to check until we found and fixed the problem! We spent hours back and forth with calls, text and pictures particularly because that day Richards’ mom was in the hospital waiting to have surgery!! This was beyond good customer service, it is being a good and compassionate person ❤️
He could of simply said that he was sending somebody the next day and charge for the visit. Instead he simply helped.
We would never do business with anybody else and I will recommend hiring you every time. Thank you Richard, my family and I appreciate you!

Richard is the man. I had an issue with my central AC unit. Instead of scheduling services for days down the road, he told me how to fix it myself. He thought me to perform maintenance that would've otherwise cost me hundreds. Thank you.

I called Richard for an AC check-up. But he only checked the low-side refrigerant pressure, so he thought the refrigerant was low when it was not--the real problem was a bad TXV valve. I paid over $150 for adding refrigerant that was not needed and made the system run worse--it used more energy and couldn't cool well. I asked Richard and he said nothing to worry about, no need to check the high-side pressure. Not true. A couple weeks later I had to call another AC company. They diagnosed and replaced the bad TXV valve under warranty, took care of the refrigerant overcharge that Richard had put in, and now it's running fine and using way less energy. When I contacted Richard about what happened he said that was just their "opinion," refused to take any responsibility, and left an angry voicemail.

The only reason this review is not one star is because he did clean out the condensate drain line. I would not recommend if you need any kind of thorough diagnosis or repair.

[Regarding owner response] This is just more failing to take responsibility. Only one other company came out (not two): they were Bryant-certified and they diagnosed and replaced the bad TXV valve that 24 Seven missed. Also not true that unit was running "fine" after 24 Seven came out--as noted above, it made loud banging and rattling noises and was consuming more power than normal. I let 24 Seven know about those issues and he said not to worry, he had heard louder units.

I called Richard at 24 Seven Air Conditioning after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Although he had a packed schedule, he was able to squeeze my service call in and in less than 30 minutes had my AC blowing cold air again. Not only was he quick and professional, his work and prices can't be beat. Being new to the area it is great to find a company that is honest and trustworthy and who will do the job that is needed and not look to pad the bill just to make a quick buck. I highly recommend Richard and 24 Seven Air Conditioning and will definitely be using him for any additional AC issues. If I could give 10 stars I would!

24 Seven is extremely professional. I had a serious blockage in my condensation drain line, which I could not clear using any of my usual methods. Rather than having me pay for an emergency service call, Richard walked me through some more heavy duty techniques, so I could get the unit back up and running tonight. My family and I greatly appreciate it!!

My A/C suddenly stopped working one day and I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Richard, who was extremely helpful. As soon I explained the problem, he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. He was very nice and patient while walking me through the process. And it worked! My A/C was back to normal that same day. He is very professional and I think his guidance fit under an ethical behavior. I would strongly recommend his services. Thank you so much for your help!

The community has spoken and they were right! All the recommendations were 100% true. I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning and spoke to Richard who did everything he could over the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my Nest thermostat install. He eventually solved my issue even after Nest customer service told me it was not compatible with my Trane AC unit. I would recommend anyone with AC issues call him, I know I'm never calling another AC person after dealing with Richard. You got a customer for life. Thanks again!

I had the most amazing experience with Richard at 24/7 AC. My unit went down on a Sunday, he called me right back and within seconds he had it up and running over the phone. They are the most ethical and honest servicemen I have ever dealt with. Looking forward to scheduling regular maintenance and they have a customer for life.

We came home from our baby shower on Saturday night to a very warm house. I had only bumped the thermostat up a couple degrees, trying to save a couple dollars. Much to our dismay, our A/C would not stay on for more than a couple minutes. My wife went online and saw the great reviews for 24 seven ac so we left a voicemail at 11:30am and got a prompt response in 5 minutes. We spoke to Richie and told him where we live and he happened to have a call in the area already. He said he had 3 calls in front of us and he would call a half hour before he was on the way to us. We were happy to get a same night response, but were surprised when we got a call back about 5 minutes later. He understood my situation, having an upset, pregnant, and OVERHEATING wife on my hands, so said he would come right over to help us out. Richie diagnosed a bad part on the blower within minutes and had the correct part on his truck to repair it right then. After checking the pressure on the coolant, he said were were good to go. He did his paperwork and I handed him a check. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and really enjoyed the honesty and prompt service. If we ever have any problems with our AC again, we will call 24 Seven A/C for sure!
