Richie was great. I called and he came w/in the 30-45 mins that was promised. He diagnose my problem and it was fixed very quickly. Now we have A/C again. Very transparent in his pricing too.

Got home AC wasn't working...called and Richie told me that they were on a job site...but instead of hanging up..he took the time out to talk to me and ask me what was going on with my AC. I'm not an electicael person..so he actually diagnosed my unit over the phone and told me exactly what I needed to get in order to repair...I honestly can't thank him enough for his honesty. (which in this day in age where everyone is trying to rip you off is was very refreshing! #ClassAct!!!

Richy came over to fix my leaking A.C. so I explain that the leak could be to a clog problem with in 1sec he blew it out and should me how to do it myself for the next time. Ran the a.c. working fine until 30minutes later it started leaking again. So Richy came back the next morning to resolve the problem. Ran the A.C. again but for some reason it wasn't leaking once the air filter was remove. So Richy give me back my check until he knows that the problem is sloved. Honest guy and I highly recommend

We called at 10pm last night and even though no technicians were available to come out at the time, Richie talk us though a fairly simple fix to get us a/c for the night. He did not know us, but went above and beyond to help my mother and me. Thank you so much! I would recommend his company to anyone.

Honest, fair, and professional. After having another company quote me $6,000 for a new air handler, I called 24 seven and when they came out I found out I just needed more Freon for my A/C which ended up only costing me $75. Thanks Richard you are a life saver!

When I came back from summer vacation, after almost a month, I found the 2nd floor of my house hot like an oven and the A/C blower stopped. I called Richie and, through a video conference on Skype, he tried for over an hour to guide me in fixing the A/C myself. Unfortunately the problem required new parts and could not be solved right away. I've never seen someone so eager to help. I was the one that told him to give up because it wouldn't work. I think if it was up to him, he would've stayed longer... 6 stars!

Awesome! Honest and right on the ball! I called them and I was in so much distress because I am one of those girls that does not know anything about AC, so he started asking me what was the problem and he took the time to guide me so I could fix the problem myself and my AC was back on within minutes.

This morning I awoke to an A/C that was not cooling. Thermostat read 82' and it was 7:30. I called a couple of 24 hr. companies, left messages......within ten minutes I got a call back, within the hour they were here, repaired the problem, reasonable price and a pleasure to do business with.. Highly recommend!
