Pedro was on time, showed me what the diagnosed issue was after taking the unit apart and promptly performed repairs. Another issue arose while doing the initial repairs and he had the necessary part within the hour. Even though the job took longer they didn’t charge me more than the quoted price- a definite change from my last experience with larger AC companies. When the AC didn’t feel cool enough that evening, the company immediately responded and sent Oscar out to check on it. It’s now working great- I’m very happy with the service!
This Company is far BY MOST the MOST RELIABLE, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...My AC went out the day and when we called they came out the same day and it's tough now with it being so hot, they found the problem after 5pm on a Friday needed to find out I needed a new compressor and found the part on late Friday Nigh.and had the new compressor iinstalled by Saturday morning. A BIG SHOUT TO MIKE IN THE OFFICE, SO HELPFUL MADE IT HAPPEN. AND TO JAVIER THE FIRST TECHNICIAN WHO FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH PROFESSIONALISM, MIKE THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME WITH GETTING THE PART EARLY AND COMING RIGHT BACK TO INSTALL. Take it from me This is who you need to call. Karen

Every time I have called License to Chill with a question or an A/C problem they are quick to call me back. My A/C has always been fixed the same day I had a problem or the next. Very important in South Florida. I have referred License to Chill to many friends. They are reliable and professional. Show up when they are scheduled to arrive. Oscar is very professional, nice and always on time.
This company literally wasted months of my time. They came to my house 2 times over several months. They went over with my how to install my essentially new mini split air conditioner. After not hearing from them for weeks on end and them not responding I finally got a hold of them just to hear them tell me they will not do the job because it was not a unit bought from them. Why not say that from the beginning! Why wait months to inform me? Of course any business has the right to refuse a customer but not string a customer along for so long and waste their time all while thinking they are preparing for the job. Why have so poor communication and treat customers like this? It's not acceptable to treat anyone with such disregard. I could have had this done months ago. Based on my experience and how I was treated I would look elsewhere and not deal with people who don't have the courtesy to follow up in a appropriate time and communicate.
My ac was over 20 years old, and finally took a dive. Terry, the owner, came out the evening that I called to get me an estimate. They showed up the next day to replace my unit. I forgot that I have an old car blocking the gate to my backyard, so they were stuck having to take out the panels on my fence (I feel terrible) to get the condenser in my backyard. You would never know that they did that; all panels were put perfectly back in place. It was a Friday, and the install went a little longer than anticipated. I felt bad being that it was a Friday and told the installers that I would clean up, so they could enjoy their Friday. They wouldn’t let me and insisted that they clean up. It’s little things like this that show true professionalism. On top of that, the 2 men that came out were very personable and informative...not something you encounter with trades in South Florida. Couldn’t be happier with choosing them to replace my ac.
License to Chill was recommended by someone on the Neighbor site. This company is spot on. Brad and his help couldn't have been more professional, clean up, and completed the temporary job we needed done moving a vent in order to install kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend License to Chill. We will be using this company when we get are ready for a new a/c unit.
