Kudos to Pierre who is methodic, knows exactly what do do based on his long years of experience and resolves the problem calmly and professionally. I will definitely ask for him again for my next service.

Also kudos to Peter who steps up to help finally carry my stalled service request to completion.

I called the company to do the yearly maintenance, but got a basic sales call. It was clear that technician came to sell me a new unit. No cleaning, no dusting was done to my unit at all. Technician took the panel off and said that certain part need to be replace because it was pulling 11 Amp vs 12-12.5 needed. When I asked to show me the actual reading the device was showing 12.5 amps regardless of how many times he tried to measure. Basically i paid $69 to get an estimate for a new unit.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I used to work with the original Mr. Air and then he retired and sold his business to these new owners who run it like a corporate company with an impersonal call center.

The company installed my new A/C system in April, but it has leaked ever since the day after it was installed. Apparently the drain pipe is clogged, even though this had never before been an issue. It has now been THREE months and none of the Mr. Air technicians have been able to fix the drain pipe problem.

And to add insult to injury, in July in Florida, the entire system stopped working - it has been one week and after 3 visits no one can get the A/C working again. And of course now my calls go unreturned or I wait on hold with the call center only to have the call eventually disconnected.

At this point, I have no choice but to report Mr. Air to the Attorney General and try to get the system fixed else where.

There is no way that I would ever hire this company again for anything to do with air conditioning installation, repair or maintenance. They installed a new AC unit at a residence that I am responsible for without pulling a permit from the City. This has caused serious problems with the sale of the property. Do not hire them

I love this company. The technicians are always nice, they come into the home and treat it like they own it [ meaning they clean up as they go ] Each tech is very smart. I also love the company has diverse members. ***********
