    Daniel was my technician and got to say that he is excellent at his job with lots of years of experience and know how, but also thorough and transparent, definite traits of an honest man. He took the time to assess the ac system thoroughly, from the condenser to the evaporator and verify that everything was in working order. Explained in detail all steps he was taken and then suggested several options for the repairs that my system needed. I have worked in the past with AC's and I understand a little about the systems and repairs, hence I know what I'm talking about in terms of the quality of service Daniel from Quality First AC is all about. Great service, honest and thorough with experience this is a winning combination and i will recommend this company to all my friends and family. 5 stars because that is the limit.

    Prior to today I liked them. Today they came and performed preventative maintenance service which their text reminders led me to believe was covered under my maintenance contract. The technician told me only after the service was performed that I owed $263 today. I found that to be very unprofessional and called the office. The office took no ownership for the total lack of communication that todays service was the beginning of a new contract. She made excuses, tried to blame me for not making my appointment by phone. That’s when they clarify with you it’s a new contract. Apparently I was wrong to respond to their text message to make an appointment (??). The way this was all handled is the only sign I need to take my business elsewhere.
