Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating

We obtained three quotes from different companies, and met with each representative. Ric @ Creeks came out and inspected our AC. Not only did he and the other gentleman sit down and explain the options, costs, and installation details, but Ric actually crawled up in the attic and inspected the ducts leading to a room that was always warmer than the rest of the house. That extra touch and Ric’s communication really sold us on Creeks. When Zach and Robert came out to install the system (indoor and outdoor + duct work), they were on time, courteous, and professional. I am 100% impressed and thankful to have chosen Creeks for such an important purchase.

My AC stopped cooling. I contacted Creeks, they were very professional and came out the next day. The tech found a leak in the evaporator coil, and took the time to explain what was wrong. They returned the next day to replace the coil and on their own, contacted the manufacturer to have them cover the parts! Creeks goes above and beyond and always has their eye on how to best serve their customers. A bonus is that the staff are all courteous, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Creek's installed a 2.5 ton Goodman system at my townhouse, and also converted the duct work to a dual zone setup. The new system works fantastically and the dual zone system is amazing! It has made a world of difference in the temperature gradient between downstairs and upstairs. My upstairs used to be easily 8-12 degrees hotter than downstairs during the summer. Now there is effectively no difference upstairs and down, and if I want to I can even make it colder upstairs than down (which is great because I like the bedroom cool at night). It is like living in a completely different home. Seriously, if you live in a 2-story townhouse/home without a split/dual-zone system, save some extra cash and get it converted. Worth every penny and then some!

I had several quotes done when planning for a new AC and Creeks was $2,500-$3,000 cheaper than the other "big name" folks who quoted me. They were able to install the new system and do all the duct modifications in one (full) day and they did a great job. I had a minor issue with the pad being a bit too large for the space, but they were quick to swap out the pad at no cost and at my convenience. I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from Creeks, which is depressingly hard to come by these days, especially as all the local places get gobbled up by large parent companies.

I always try to patronize local, family-owned businesses (like Creeks) when I can because it helps the community, but with Creeks I got the added benefit of a lower price, quality work, and outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and heartily recommend them to anyone in and around Jax!

As a long time resident of NW St Johns County, and someone who has extensive work experience in the HVACR industry over 20 years at the manufacturer and distributor level, I feel I am well qualified to back up my review that Creeks is simply the best HVAC service company in the area. There is no better dispatcher in the business than Jen...knowledgeable, courteous, caring. Our 18 month old system was installed by someone else, and yet when the indoor ECM fan motor module broke late yesterday (under warranty), she was able to fit us in today and less than 24 hours later we are good to go. Many companies don't like dealing with other companies' installs and/or warranty situations, but Creeks and Jen didn't hesitate to help. And Milton the service tech was top notch as well. I only regret that I can't go back in time and have them be the ones that installed the system to begin with.

Creeks Air is a fantastic company. They installed my unit today and I am very happy with the service and the price, compared to friends quotes. Martin was very helpful to explain everything to me, and Tj did a great job!

Very happy with our first service call! A technician arrived less than 2 hours after I placed a call to their office. He was efficient, honest, and charged a very reasonable fee for the repair. We will definitely use Creeks for future AC/Heating needs.

Creeks Air is always a pleasure to deal with. I called for an AC on a Tuesday night and it was installed Wednesday Morning. I chose a Carrier model that was the same price as other companies quoted for cheaper models. You could teach this to so many other businesses. It is easy to schedule an appointment. They manage expectations effectively regarding the service times and arrival times. The customer service from the scheduling office to the technicians is fantastic. You clearly have built a fantastic team of great people.

What a great company! We have used Creeks twice now, and we have been pleased both times. They are very professional and courteous, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and their prices are more reasonable than their competition. We highly recommend them!

This has been so hot lately and our 16 month old Carrier A/C, installed by Creek's Air, failed. We have to thank Ken (service manager) for personally taking charge and coming to our aid to fix the problem!! We selected Creek's Air from 3 other vendors for the original install and we are glad we did. We LOVE Creek's Air, and thanks again Ken for a job well done.
